摘要: An upper support including a bracket to be attached to a vehicle body side, and a support main body attached to a center portion of the bracket to receive a suspension component. The bracket includes upper and lower metal brackets having respective flanged parts overlapped with each other, and their overlapped surfaces are welded and fixed at multiple locations in a circumferential direction. Fixing bolts for attaching the bracket to the vehicle body side are provided to an overlapped portion of the flanged parts and are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction. An adhesive is applied to an outer peripheral edge of the overlapped portion of the flanged parts, and the adhesive provides sealing at an outer peripheral end between the overlapped surfaces of the flanged parts in outer peripheral regions of the corresponding fixing bolts.

摘要: A bearing bush and a method of manufacturing a bearing bush is provided. The bearing bush may be used in a transverse control arm. The bearing bush includes an inner sleeve; an outer sleeve arranged radially around the inner sleeve; an elastomer body arranged between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve; and an intermediate sleeve which is, at least in sections, embedded in the elastomer body. The outer sleeve has, at its axial ends, a radially inwardly bent bend portion; wherein a radial outer surface of the intermediate sleeve has a radially outwardly directed bulge along the axial direction of the bearing bush. The intermediate sleeve has a radially outwardly protruding outer stop portion which forms an axial stop with respect to an axial inner surface of the bend portion of the outer sleeve.

摘要: A sensor-equipped seat includes: a sensor device, disposed between a seat frame and an opposite pressure receiving surface of a seat cushion; and an elastic support member, interposed between the seat frame and the sensor device and elastically supporting the sensor device. The sensor device includes: a sensor body, having a detection surface; and a housing, accommodating the sensor body, including a window frame for forming a window opening, exposing the detection surface of the sensor body at the window opening, and supported by the elastic support member. The elastic support member has an elastic modulus set equal to or greater than an elastic modulus of the seat cushion.

摘要: Provided are a vibration-damping rubber composition and a vibration-damping rubber member which have excellent durability, can attain a reduction in dynamic-to-static modulus ratio, and can exhibit excellent scorch resistance in wet-heat environments, etc. This vibration-damping rubber composition comprises a diene-based rubber composition including the following (A) to (C) and further containing the following (D) and (E), where the total amount of (D) and (E) is 1-5 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of (A) and the mass ratio between (D) and (E) is (D):(E)=90:10 to 50:50: (A) a diene-based rubber; (B) silica; (C) a silane coupling agent; (D) N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazolylsulfenamide; and (E) Di-2-benzothiazolyl disulfide.

摘要: In a charging roll, grooves regularly defining spirals are formed on an elastic body layer, with a groove width of 4 μm to 280 μm and a groove depth of 2 μm to 30 μm. A surface roughness of the surface layer on the groove is 2 μm to 16 μm. A surface roughness of the entire surface layer is 5 μm to 26 μm. A thickness of the binder polymer covering the roughness forming particle on the groove is greater than that on the plane part.

摘要: A tubular vibration damping device has a structure in which an inner shaft member is connected with an outer tube member made of synthetic resin by a body rubber elastic body. The outer tube member has a structure in which a tubular part extends in an axial direction from an inner peripheral end of a flange of an annular plate shape. A press fit rubber is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the tubular part, and an axial surface of the flange on a side from which the tubular part extends is exposed without being covered with the press fit rubber. A notch penetrating in a radial direction is provided at an axial end of the outer tube member that includes the flange. A connecting rubber that connects the body rubber elastic body and the press fit rubber is provided in the notch.

摘要: A vibration damping device including a vibration-damping device main unit inserted into a mounting space of a bracket from a lateral side and securely supported by the bracket. The bracket includes engaging pieces on respective opposed inside faces of the mounting space, and engaging action of the engaging pieces with respect to respective detent engaging faces formed on a fixture member of the vibration-damping device main unit prevents the vibration-damping device main unit from becoming dislodged from the mounting space of the bracket. Opposed walls of the mounting space are each penetrated by an aperture window, and inspection flat surfaces are separately provided to an outside surface of each engaging piece visible from an outside through the aperture window and a corresponding external side surface of the bracket that is off the aperture window. The inspection flat surfaces are parallel to each other.
