    a regulation module having a device for regulating the pressure of the gas that passes through and/or circulates in the apparatus,
    an interception module that is placed between the regulation module and the measurement module. The interception module is configured to selectively allow/prevent the passage of the gas flow towards the measuring module, and is electronically connected with said electronic unit to be thus controlled by said electronic unit.

    摘要: A method for monitoring a device for regulating the flow of a gas, the device having a flow conduit and a shutter assembly that defines a restriction in the flow conduit. The method includes: causing the transit of gas through the flow conduit; defining a sequence of time intervals (Z1 . . . Zn) of corresponding durations (t1 . . . tn); during each time interval, determining a value of density and a value of velocity of the gas at the restriction; calculating the product of the value of density, of the value of velocity, of the duration of the time interval and of a correction coefficient to obtain a corresponding value of equivalent wear; for each time interval, adding all the values of equivalent wear calculated for the current time interval and for the preceding time intervals to obtain a cumulative value; comparing the cumulative values with a predefined limit value, corresponding to a condition of maximum wear allowable for the shutter assembly, to obtain an indication of the condition of efficiency of the shutter assembly.

    摘要: A gas regulator includes: an inlet section fluidically connected to a gas inlet in the regulator, an outlet section fluidically connected to at least one gas outlet from the regulator; a shutter assembly which is movable so as to define at least one opening position in which the gas passes from the inlet section to the outlet section through a restriction, thus generating a pressure drop of the gas, and therefore of a temperature, such as to cause the precipitation/solidification of some substances, in particular the fractions of sulfur and/or its derivative compounds, present in the gas; and an outlet filter with mechanical action which is positioned downstream of the restriction, inside said regulator, to thus retain any solid particles deriving from the precipitation/solidification. The at least one outlet of the gas from the regulator is fluidically connected with a portion downstream of the outlet filter.
