摘要: A user equipment in a wireless communications system supporting direct communication between user equipments selects a sidelink destination group (ProSe destination) associated with a sidelink logical channel having a highest logical channel priority among sidelink logical channels, which have data available for transmission in a sidelink control period (SC period) and which have not previously been selected in the same SC period, wherein each of the sidelink logical channels belongs to a sidelink destination group, each of the sidelink logical channels is allocated to a logical channel group (LCG) depending on a priority of said each sidelink logical channel and on a priority of the logical channel group, and the logical channel group is defined per sidelink destination group. The user equipment allocates radio resources to sidelink logical channels belonging to the selected sidelink destination group in decreasing priority order, and transmits the data using the allocated radio resources.

摘要: For a location displaced by four samples in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction from a current location, the encoder performs a first determination of determining only whether the location displaced by four samples is a TU boundary, where the current location is a sample location of a current sub-block boundary on which the determination process is to be performed. In the first determination, when it is determined that the location displaced by four samples is a TU boundary, the encoder sets a maximum filter length to a first value, and in the case otherwise, the encoder performs a second determination of determining whether a location displaced by eight samples in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction from the current location is a TU boundary.

摘要: An encoder that encodes a current block in a picture includes circuitry and memory. Using the memory, the circuitry: determines whether to use intra prediction for the current block; and when determining to use intra prediction, (i) performs a first transform on a residual signal of the current block using a first transform basis to generate first transform coefficients; and (ii-1) performs a second transform on the first transform coefficients using a second transform basis to generate second transform coefficients and quantizes the second transform coefficients, when an intra prediction mode of the current block is a predetermined mode or when the first transform basis is same as a predetermined transform basis; and (ii-2) quantizes the first transform coefficients without performing the second transform when the intra prediction mode is different from the predetermined mode and the first transform basis is different from the predetermined transform basis.

The transceiver, in operation, performs the plurality of transmissions or receptions using a respective one of the plurality of values of the one or more transmission parameters for each of the plurality of transmissions or receptions.

摘要: An encoder capable of properly handling an image to be encoded or decoded includes processing circuitry and memory connected to the processing circuitry. Using the memory, the processing circuitry: obtains parameters including at least one of (i) one or more parameters related to a first process for correcting distortion in an image captured with a wide angle lens and (ii) one or more parameters related to a second process for stitching a plurality of images; generates an encoded image by encoding a current image to be processed that is based on the image or the plurality of images; and writes the parameters into a bitstream including the encoded image.

The encoder includes: processor; and memory coupled to the processor, in which, in operation, the processor: generates a first prediction image based on a motion vector, the first prediction image being an image with full-pel precision; generates a second prediction image using an interpolation filter by interpolating a value at a fractional-pel position between full-pel positions included in the first prediction image; and encodes the current block based on the second prediction image, and in the using of the interpolation filter, the interpolation filter is switched between a first interpolation filter and a second interpolation filter differing in a total number of taps from the first interpolation filter.

摘要: Provided are a resource scheduling method, a resource determining method, an eNB, and a user equipment. The resource scheduling method for wireless communication is performed by the eNB. The wireless communication involves at least a first carrier and a second carrier. The resource scheduling method includes: transmitting a DCI in the first carrier to a UE to schedule downlink resources for a PDSCH of the second carrier, wherein the eNB is able to start transmitting a burst in the second carrier at a flexible time independent of the subframe boundaries of the second carrier after the second carrier is occupied by the eNB, and the DCI for a flexible PDSCH of the burst different from the normal PDSCH of the second carrier contains information on the time period scheduled for the flexible PDSCH. The flexible PDSCH and its corresponding RS can reuse the DwPTS subframe structure for minimal specification impact.
