    摘要: An electronic fuse circuit for safeguarding a multi-channel electronic power distributor includes a driver circuit for each channel of the power distributor configured to control an electronic switch of a corresponding channel to assume a certain state, and a microcontroller interface configured to receive from a microcontroller a command for setting the state of the electronic switch of a corresponding channel. The driver circuit of the corresponding channel is configured to set the state of the electronic switch of the corresponding channel according to the command from the microcontroller. The electronic fuse circuit further includes a safety circuit for detecting a malfunction in the microcontroller and/or the power distributor. In the event of a detected malfunction in the microcontroller and/or the power distributor, the driver circuit of each channel is configured to set the state of the electronic switch of the corresponding channel according to a channel-specific preconfigured safety state.

    摘要: A cell connector for connecting round cells of a battery includes a plurality of electrical contact elements that are each configured to electrically connect a first round cell to a second round cell. The each electrical contact element includes a contact base. The electrical contact elements can each be connected via the contact base to a positive terminal of the first round cell in a material-bonded manner. The electrical contact elements each includes a plurality of contact tabs, with which the electrical contact elements can each be contacted to a negative terminal of the second round cell. An electrical contact element is respectively connected via an electrically conductive connecting bridge to a further electrical contact element. In an area between the electrically conductive connecting bridge and at least one contact tab adjacent to the electrically conductive connecting bridge material of the electrical contact element is recessed.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an electrical connection arrangement for connecting freely configurable electrical components in a vehicle. The electrical connection arrangement includes a plurality of electrical plug connectors which are connected to each other by a plurality of electrical connection lines of an electrical wiring harness according to a first adjacency criterion, wherein a configuration code according to a second adjacency criterion is assigned to each of the plurality of connectors, where the configuration codes of the connectors indicate a specific configuration of the freely configurable electrical components of the vehicle; and where the plurality of electrical connectors is divided into a plurality of production modules based on a combination of the first adjacency criterion and the second adjacency criterion.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a grommet for guiding one or more cables through an opening in a component. The grommet has a first shell element made of a first form-stable plastic and at least partly surrounding the outer circumference of the cable. The grommet also has a second shell element joined to the first shell element and at least partly surrounding the outer circumference of the cable and defining together with the first shell element a guide channel sealed in the circumferential direction of the cable, to guide the cable through the opening in the component. A sealant consisting of a foamed second plastic is introduced into the guide channel to longitudinally seal the grommet against water. The present disclosure also relates to a method for producing such a grommet.
