摘要: A method for the quantitative analysis of the composition of a gas mixture is specifically suited for the analysis of the atmosphere of a containment in a nuclear installation. Even under difficult conditions, this method enables the simple, reliable and as direct as possible determination of physical parameters, thereby permitting the characteristic definition of the ignition field and the combustion behavior of the gas mixture. A measuring device is provided with a thermal conductivity detector with a first measuring bridge, a thermal tonality detector with a second measuring bridge, and a common evaluation unit. With reference to bridge voltages present on the two measuring bridges, the hydrogen content and the oxygen content are simultaneously determined in the evaluation unit.

摘要: A passive two-phase cooling circuit includes a vaporizer and a condenser for a coolant conducted in the cooling circuit. A vaporizer supply line and a vaporizer discharge line are connected to the vaporizer, and a condenser supply line and a condenser discharge line are connected to the condenser. The cooling circuit has a simple and cost-effective structure which reduces or even completely prevents pressure shocks during operation by connecting the vaporizer supply line, the vaporizer discharge line, the condenser supply line and the condenser discharge line to a common damping container. A liquid column forms in the condenser discharge line during the operation of the cooling circuit and the column assumes the function of a liquid-tight seal and of a fluid-dynamic vibration damper.

摘要: A ventilation system operating method for a service personnel-accessible operations room or control room in a nuclear plant or nuclear power plant enables a supply of decontaminated fresh air at least for a few hours in the event of serious incidents involving the release of radioactive activity. The content of radioactive inert gases in the fresh air supplied to the operations room should be as low as possible. Therefore, an air supply line is guided from an external inlet to the operations room, a first fan and a first inert gas adsorber column are connected into the air supply line, an air discharge line is guided from the operations room to an external outlet, a second fan and a second inert gas adsorber column are connected into the air discharge line, and a switchover device interchanges the roles of the first and second inert gas adsorber columns.

摘要: A collecting line for leakage monitoring in an installation is permeable to a substance to be monitored in at least one subarea extending along the longitudinal direction. The collecting line is formed of at least two subsections that are spaced from a first end of the collecting line. The distance between the second subsection and the first end is larger than the distance between the first subsection and the first end. The permeability to the substance to be monitored is higher in the first subsection than in the second subsection. A device having the collecting line is also provided.

摘要: A sealing device for a device for measuring a fill level in a fluid container, particularly in a pressure container of a nuclear facility, includes at least one thermocouple which is connected by a pressure pipe to the pressure container and a pipeline connected to the pressure pipe to an evaluation unit. The pressure pipe and the pipeline are connected to each other by a pipe screw connection including a central part having two threaded pieces. One threaded piece is connected by a screw connection to a pipe sleeve and the other threaded piece is connected by a further screw connection to the pressure pipe.

摘要: An apparatus for detecting a magnetically conductive object in a detection area has an electrical coil and at least one sensor element. The apparatus is intended to be as free of degradation processes as possible and thus requires little maintenance and is configured and set up with the highest possible degree of redundancy and measurement reliability. For this purpose, the coil is set up to form a magnetic field in the detection area and the sensor element is configured to detect a magnetic field with a field strength, the magnitude of which is greater than a predefined threshold value. The threshold value is set to be higher than the field strength present in the detection area when the magnetically conductive object is absent and lower than the field strength present therein when the object is present.

摘要: A wall module is configured as a concrete prefabricated building element for building a structure and can be connected to further wall modules to form a structure and is configured to withstand improbable extreme loads. The wall module has a wall body with multiple edges, a plurality of reinforcement rods which all together form a regular reinforcement grid, and each extend parallel to the edges, and which are cast into the wall body. The reinforcement rods each penetrate the wall body substantially from edge to edge, and provided at their ends with connecting elements configured to establish a connection with complementary connecting elements of an immediately adjacent wall element. Each of the connecting elements is connected with clearance to the associated reinforcement rod such that it can be moved in a plane which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction on all sides by at least 2 mm.
