    摘要: The invention relates to a kit, a device and a method for detecting the copy number of fetal chromosomes and tumor cell chromosomes. The method for detecting the copy number of fetal chromosomes or tumor cell chromosomes of the invention includes the following steps: collecting maternal plasma or plasma of tumor patient; separating the plasma from blood cells in blood; preparing Deoxyribonucleic Acids (DNA) in the plasma into a sequencing library; sequencing the DNA sequencing library; comparing a sequencing result with a genomic sequence map to determine which chromosome the DNA sequence comes from and the length of each DNA sequence; and calculating the ratio of the DNA segments from the chromosomes to be detected to all DNA segments in the same sample by a sequencing and comparison result of DNA, correcting the ratio according to a GC content of the DNA segments from the chromosomes to be detected, and calculating the variation of the corrected ratio of the DNA segments from the chromosomes to be detected in a sample to be detected, and determining the copy number of the chromosomes to be detected according to degree of variation.

    摘要: In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a noise reduction method for speech processing includes estimating a noise/interference component signal by subtracting voice component signal from a first microphone input signal wherein the voice component signal is evaluated as a first replica signal produced by passing a second microphone input signal through a first adaptive filter; a stepsize is estimated to control adaptive update of the first adaptive filter, wherein the stepsize is evaluated by combing an open-loop approach and a closed-loop approach, the open-loop approach comprising voice/noise/interference classification and SNR estimation in voice area, and the closed-loop approach comprising calculating a normalized correlation between the first replica signal and the first microphone input signal. A noise/interference reduced signal is outputted by subtracting a second replica signal from a target signal which is the first microphone input signal or the second microphone input signal, wherein the second replica signal is produced by passing the estimated noise/interference component signal through a second adaptive filter.

    摘要: The disclosure claims a cleaved Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) detection method, a DNA fragment detection kit and use thereof. Wherein, the method includes the steps of: designing primers according to a test site or a test region of the DNA fragment; cyclizing the DNA fragment to obtain acyclized DNA; implementing Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) amplification for the cyclized DNA by using the primers; and detecting the PCR amplification product. In the disclosure, by cyclizing the DNA fragment, the amplification can be implemented even if only one PCR primer can match with a template, thus, the adaption range and effective template amount of the primer amplification can be greatly increased, and the detection sensitivity of the DNA fragment can be greatly improved.

A noise/interference reduced signal is outputted by subtracting a second replica signal from the target signal, wherein the second replica signal is produced by passing the adjusted noise/interference component signal through a second adaptive filter.

The method comprises receiving a bit stream including a plurality of parameters representative of a speech signal; identifying an adaptive code vector and a fixed code vector using the plurality of parameters; scaling the adaptive code vector and the fixed code vector to generate a scaled adaptive code vector and a scaled fixed code vector; summing the scaled adaptive code vector and the scaled fixed code vector to generate a synthesized output; calculating a first reflection coefficient based on the plurality of parameters representative of the speech signal; multiplying the first reflection coefficient by a factor to generate a tilt factor; and applying the tilt factor to the synthesized output based on an encoding bit rate.

    摘要: A method for cancelling/reducing acoustic echoes in speech/audio signal enhancement processing comprises selecting a long-term filter based on an echo tail length detection or an echo reverberation time detection of an microphone input signal; a reference signal is pre-processed with the selected long-term filter; the pre-processed reference signal is used to excite an adaptive filter wherein the output of the adaptive filter forms a replica signal of acoustic echo and/or acoustic echo tail; the replica signal of acoustic echo and/or acoustic echo tail is subtracted from a microphone input signal to suppress the acoustic echo and/or acoustic echo tail in the microphone input signal. The echo tail length or the echo reverberation time is detected by analyzing and comparing the microphone input signal and a received signal which is sent to a speaker. A strong long-term filter is selected if the detected echo tail length or the detected echo reverberation time is long; a weak long-term filter is selected if the detected echo tail length or the detected echo reverberation time is not long.
