摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solar cell and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes a substrate, a tunneling dielectric layer formed on the substrate, a doped conductive layer formed on the tunneling dielectric layer, at least one conductive connection structure, a passivation layer over the doped conductive layer and the at least one conductive connection structure, and a plurality of finger electrodes. The doped conductive layer has a plurality of protrusions arranged along a first direction, each protrusion extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The at least one conductive connection structure is formed between two adjacent protrusions and connected with sidewalls of the two adjacent protrusions. Each finger electrode of the plurality of finger electrodes extends along the second direction to penetrate the passivation layer and connect to a respective protrusion.

摘要： A solar cell and a photovoltaic module are disclosed, including: a substrate; a tunneling dielectric layer and a doped conductive layer disposed on the substrate, the tunneling dielectric layer being disposed between the doped conductive layer and a surface of the substrate, the doped conductive layer having a N-type or P-type doping element and having a plurality of first heavily doped regions spaced apart from each other and extending in a first direction, a doping concentration in the first heavily doped regions being greater than that in other regions of the doped conductive layer; a passivation layer disposed on a surface of the doped conductive layer facing away from the substrate; and a plurality of electrodes spaced apart from each other, extending in a second direction and penetrating the passivation layer to contact the doped conductive layer, at least two first heavily doped regions contacting a same electrode.

Each first electrode is disposed on and electrically connected to the doped conductive layer. Each conductive transport layer is aligned with a second doped region and is disposed on the tunneling dielectric layer.

摘要： A solar cell, a method for manufacturing the solar cell, and a photovoltaic module are provided. The solar cell includes a substrate, a tunneling dielectric layer, a doped conductive layer, a plurality of first electrodes, at least one transmission layer, and at least one diffusion region. The tunneling dielectric layer and the doped conductive layer are arranged over a first surface of the substrate. The doped conductive layer includes main body portions. Each first electrode is disposed on and electrically connected to a side of a corresponding main body portion facing away from the substrate. Each transmission layer is disposed between a corresponding pair of adjacent main body portions. Each diffusion region is partially located in a corresponding transmission layer and extends into the tunneling dielectric layer and the substrate. A doping ion concentration of each diffusion region is greater than a doping ion concentration of the substrate.

The passivation layer includes first portions and second portions interleaved with each other in a direction perpendicular to a normal of the first surface of the substrate. The first and second portions are doped with a same type of doping elements, each second portion has a reference surface away from the substrate, a doping concentration of doping elements in a second portion gradually decreases in a direction from a center of the reference surface toward an adjacent first portion and in a direction from the center of the reference surface toward the substrate, and a doping concentration of doping elements in the first portion is less than or equal to a minimum doping concentration of doping elements in the second portion.
