    摘要: A high strength steel sheet contains, in percent by mass, 0.03 to 0.2% of C, 0.5 to 2.5% of Si, 1 to 3.0% of Mn, 0.01 to 0.5% of Cr, 0.01 to 0.5% of Mo, 0.02 to 0.15% of Al, 0.15% or less of Ti, 0.15% or less of No, and 0.15% or less of V; wherein the remainder includes Fe and inevitable impurities, and the content of Si satisfies the following formula (1), α−4.1≦[Si]≦α−2.4,   (1) provided, α=6.9×([C]+[Mn]/6+[Cr]/5+[Mo]/4+[Ti]/15+[Nb]/17+[V]/14)1/2 is given, wherein [ ] shows the quantity (mass percent) of each element contained in the steel sheet. The high strength steel sheet is improved in formability (particularly, elongation), and excellent in balance between strength and elongation.

    摘要: An ink ejector includes a head movement control section (22), an ink ejection area recognition section (3), an ink ejection timing control section (23), and an ink droplet number calculating section (5). With this arrangement, it is possible to cause nozzles included in a nozzle array to eject ink at different timings and gradually increase an amount of ink to be ejected. This allows a film thickness of an ink ejection area after landing of ink droplets to be uniform. As a result, it is possible to form a good-quality film. Further, since a head (7) includes a nozzle array having a plurality of nozzles (10), it is possible to shorten the amount of time required to restore a defective pixel. Thus, it is possible to provide an ink ejector and an ink ejection control method in which a good-quality film having a uniform thickness can be formed, and the amount of time required to restore a defective pixel can be shortened.

A magnet is mounted on a rotary shaft of the motor, and a position detector detects the position of the magnet as rotated by the motor, thereby producing an output signal having a linear region. A speed calculator samples this signal in the liner region at predetermined time intervals and performs a division operation whereby a difference between a present sampled value and a preceding sampled value of the output signal is divided by the time interval, thereby to produce a speed signal which is applied to the motor as a control signal.

    摘要: A high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is provided which comprises a composite structure consisting essentially of ferrite and martensite. The steel comprises, by mass %, C: 0.05 to 0.12%, Si: not more than 0.05%, Mn: 2.7 to 3.5%, Cr: 0.2 to 0.5%, Mo: 0.2 to 0.5%, Al: not more than 0.10%, P: not more than 0.03%, and S: not more than 0.03%. The high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet has not only excellent spot weldability, but also excellent “stability of material properties”, including tensile strength, total elongation, and yield strength, in a high range of strengths from 780 to 1180 MPa, even if the manufacturing condition (especially, the condition of the cooling process after annealing the steel sheet) is changed.
