    摘要: Disclosed is a cold-rolled steel sheet having a specific steel composition and having a composite steel structure including a ferrite structure and a martensite-containing second phase. In a surface region of the steel sheet from the surface to a depth one-tenth the gage, the number density of n-ary groups of inclusions determined by specific n-th determinations is 120 or less per 100 cm2 of a rolling plane, in which the distance in steel sheet rolling direction between outermost surfaces of two outermost particles of the group of inclusions is 80 μm or more. Also disclosed is a cold-rolled steel sheet having a specific steel composition and having a steel structure of a martensite single-phase structure. In the surface region, the number density of groups of inclusions, in which the distance between the outermost surfaces is 100 μm or more, is 120 or less per 100 cm2 of a rolling plane.

    摘要: A high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet according to the present invention: satisfies the requirement of a prescribed chemical composition; has a structure comprising a mother phase structure of ferrite and a second phase structure of retained austenite and martensite (the martensite may not be included); and satisfies the following expressions (1) and (2) when the volume fraction of the ferrite in the whole structure is represented by Vf (%), the volume fraction of the retained austenite in the whole structure is represented by Vγ (%), the carbon content in the retained austenite is represented by Cγ (mass %), the shortest distance between the second phase structures is represented by dis (μm), and the average grain size of the second phase structures is represented by dia (μm), (Vf×Vγ×Cγ×dis)/dia≧300  (1), dis≧1.0 μm  (2). By such a configuration, the improvement of TS-EL balance and the reduction of a springback value are attained in a high strength region of about 550 to 900 MPa class and excellent workability and shape freezing property are obtained.

    摘要: A surface-mount casing for accommodating a quartz crystal blank to constitute a quartz crystal unit has a casing body, a pair of first connecting terminals disposed on respective paired diagonal corners of an inner bottom surface of the casing body, and a pair of second connecting terminals disposed on respective other paired diagonal corners of the inner bottom surface of the casing body. The second connecting terminals extend more closely to a center of the inner bottom surface than the first connecting terminals. The first connecting terminals are thicker than the second connecting terminals. A crystal blank having a pair of excitation electrodes and a pair of extension electrodes extending to outer peripheral portions from the excitation electrodes is held with the extension electrodes being electrically and mechanically connected to either the first connecting electrodes or the second connecting electrodes depending on the size of the crystal blank.

    摘要: A high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet is disclosed that comprises a steel including C: 0.05 to 0.13 mass %, Si: 0.5 to 2.5 mass %, and Mn: 0.5 to 3.5 mass %, as well as Mo: 0.05 to 0.6 mass % and/or Cr: 0.05 to 1.0 mass %. The steel sheet is of composite structure of a ferrite+a second phase wherein the second phase has an area rate of 30 to 70% and is combined approximately in a shape of a network; a circle-equivalent average ferrite grain size is not more than 10 μm; and a circle-equivalent diameter of ferrite grain aggregate that exists continuously in an area surrounded by the second phase is not more than 3 times of the average ferrite grain size. The steel sheet has a high-strength and satisfies a balance of elongation and stretch flange formability (ratio of hole expansion) at a higher level.
