    摘要： Disclosed are a system for storing broadcast data in DMB (digital multimedia broadcasting) and a method for transmitting and receiving broadcast data. A TS multiplexer included in a transmitter of the digital broadcasting system has a flag inserter that inserts an identification flag indicating the start or end of a broadcast program or a highlight of a broadcast program into a TS packet transmitted to the receiver. Also, a TS demultiplexer included in a receiver of the digital broadcasting system has a flag identifier for identifying an identification flag included in a TS packet transmitted from the transmitter and recognizing the start or end of a broadcast program or a highlight based on the identification flag. Accordingly, it is possible to record only the broadcast data corresponding to a specific broadcast program or a highlight of the specific broadcast program as selected by the user.

    摘要： A method and an apparatus for providing position information in a mobile communication system includes setting, at a mobile communication terminal which requests to provide the position information, a position condition to provide the position information. The mobile communication terminal generates a message including the position condition, and sends the generated message to a correspondent terminal of which the position information is to be acquired. The mobile communications terminal also receives a position information request message including the position condition from a correspondent terminal, determines whether the position condition is violated or not by periodically acquiring its position information, and sends a message informing of the position information violation to the correspondent terminal when the position condition is violated.

    摘要： A digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB) system and conditional access method for regionally limiting DMB reception. A DMB station collects information about location of a DMB receiving terminal when a broadcast channel with regional conditional access features is being broadcast. According to the current location of a DMB receiving terminal, the DMB station checks subscribers whose reception of the broadcast channel with the regional conditional reception features is limited. The DMB station includes reception restriction information for limiting the reception of the broadcast channel in subscriber entitlement information of subscribers. The DMB receiving terminal descrambles and outputs a transport stream (TS) packet of the broadcast channel according to the received subscriber entitlement information. Therefore, the reception of a specific broadcast channel can be limited according to location of a user of the DMB receiving terminal.
