摘要: The present invention provides a vacuum chamber capable of simplifying the structure of the arrangement of a cooling passage. The vacuum chamber of the present invention includes a plurality of wall members, the plurality of the wall members are connected to each other to construct a chamber main body by connection portions where connection surfaces each of which is part of a surface of each wall member are hermetically connected to each other, and at least part of the connection portions are built-in gap type connection portions each of which has a gap extending along the corresponding connection surfaces inside the connection surfaces and in which peripheries of the connection surfaces are hermetically connected to each other by welding.

摘要: In the X-ray CT apparatus of the present invention, the setting device sets X-ray irradiation condition candidate by at least one combination of a tube current and tube voltage for power to be supplied to the X-ray source by the use of an X-ray absorption coefficient of said scanning subject site of the object, and the control device makes the display device selectably display each of the set X-ray irradiation condition candidates which is provided for a diagnosis of a requested tissue of the object, to take control such that a tomographic image of the object is taken according to the selected X-ray irradiation condition candidate. According to the X-ray CT apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to set a scanning condition in view of absorption or transmission of X-rays specific to and different among each tissue of an object.

摘要: A tomograph which determines projection data phase range capable of back projection for each reconfigured voxel with an arbitrary value larger than π so that the absolute values of cone angles at the ends of this phase range is minimized, calculates an approximate straight line for a curve indicating the position of a radiation source with respect to the channel direction position of parallel beam projection data obtained by a parallel beam of a parallel shape viewed from the go-around axis direction generated from the radiation source, and based on the determined projection data range capable of back projection, three-dimension back projects the parallel beam projection data subjected to filter processing created through a filter correction to the back projection region corresponding to the region in concern along the approximate irradiation trace of the radiation beam calculated using the calculated approximate straight line, thereby suppressing generation of the distortion attributed to data discontinuity, simplifying an arcsin calculation and significantly increasing the processing speed of the tomograph.

摘要: An optical pickup includes a hologram element. The hologram element is provided with a hologram pattern including a splitting section for focus which splits light used for the detection of an FES and a splitting section for tracking which splits light used for the detection of a TES. The splitting section for tracking is formed in a region excluding a region interposed between a first virtual straight line and a second virtual straight line. The first virtual straight line is drawn on the hologram element in parallel to an X direction and passes through an optical axis of reflected light entering the hologram element in a state where the objective lens is in a neutral position, and the second virtual straight line is drawn in parallel to the first virtual straight line, while being spaced at a distance d from the first virtual straight line.

摘要: An oil pressure regulating valve of rotary type comprising a valve body and a valve spool is constructed inside a housing having a cylindrical shape. An oil supply port for supplying pressure oil fed from an oil pressure generation source is formed at a position having an offset toward one side relative to the center axis of the housing. A communicating hole in a deep inside of the oil supply port in communication with the inside of the housing is an elongate hole which is long in the direction of offset. As a result, in a hydraulic power steering apparatus, flow sound is reduced effectively that is generated when the pressure oil fed from the oil pressure generation source is supplied to the oil pressure regulating valve inside the housing. Accordingly, quiet operation is achieved.
