Abstract: An in-cell touch screen is provided and has an array substrate, where a metal is added into and disposed in a gap between common electrode plates of the array substrate. The metal is connected with the common electrode plates, and the metal together with pixel electrodes form an electric field, such that liquid crystal molecules in an area corresponding to the gap between the common electrode plates are driven to tilt normally. Therefore, the area and other display areas have an identical display effect.

Abstract: A test circuit which is configured to test an in-cell touch screen includes a plurality of cascaded scanning circuits. The scanning circuit includes a test signal input terminal, a test signal output terminal connected to the touch electrode correspondingly through a first signal line and configured to input a test signal to the corresponding touch electrode, and a short-circuit feedback terminal connected to the touch electrode which the test signal output terminal of the scanning circuit at a previous stage is connected to.

Abstract: The disclosure is related to an array substrate having a touch function and a display device. The display device comprises a plurality of touch electrodes arranged in an array, a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of data lines. The scan lines and the data lines intersect with each other to define pixel regions on the display device. Each of the pixel electrodes is arranged in the corresponding pixel region and electrically connects to the corresponding scan line and the corresponding data line. Each touch electrode corresponds to at least one pixel region; at least an opening portion is formed at the overlapping regions between each of the touch electrode and at least one of the scan lines and the data line to reduce the coupling capacitance. Through the above-described manner, the disclosure can effectively improve the precision of the touch screen.

Abstract: A touch display panel and a touch display device are disclosed, and the touch display panel includes a color filter substrate, an array substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a thin film transistor array layer, a common electrode layer, a sensing layer and a pixel electrode layer. The thin film transistor array layer, the common electrode layer, the sensing layer and the pixel electrode layer are separated from each other through a dielectric layer, respectively. The touch display panel and the touch display device have a simpler production process and a higher yield rate.

Abstract: An in-cell touch screen is provided and has a color filter substrate and an array substrate disposed and facing the color filter substrate. The array substrate has a substrate, a buffer layer, a gate insulating layer, an interlayer insulating layer, a first planarization layer, a common electrode layer, a metal mesh wire, a second planarization layer, and sensing electrode wires, all of which are stacked in sequence. The sensing electrode wires are connected with the metal mesh wire through vias.
