Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel comprises sub-pixel electrodes and data line groups. The data line group includes at least two sub-data line groups. The sub-pixel electrode includes at least two sub-pixel electrode sections. By dispersing the data lines in the data line group into each sub-data line group and arranging the plurality of the sub-data line groups on two sides of the sub-pixel electrode sections in each of the columns, the shading area of each of the data line groups can be reduced, thereby improving the problem of dark stripes on the display panel.

Abstract: A display panel and a display module are provided. The display panel includes a display area, a driving chip on a side of the display area, and a fan-out wiring area connecting the display area and the driving chip. The driving chip includes a first side and two second sides respectively connected perpendicularly to both ends of the first side. The fan-out wiring area includes a plurality of first fan-out traces connected to the first side and a plurality of second fan-out traces respectively connected to the two second sides. A part of signals in the driving chip can be transmitted from the second sides of the driving chip to the display area through the second fan-out traces. This increases a total width of the fan-out wiring area and a trace width in the fan-out wiring area, avoids a risk of wire breakage, and reduces an impedance of the traces.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. In an array substrate of the display panel, at least two protrusions are defined on a side of a non-display region away from a display region to form an extending portion. A recess is defined between adjacent protrusions. A driver chip is disposed in a space between a periphery of a display region and a periphery of a non-display region. Distances between the driver chip, the periphery of the display region, and the periphery of the non-display region are increased. A bending section of a flexible circuit board is disposed in the recess. As a result, width of the non-display region will not be increased.

Abstract: A narrow-bezel display module includes a display panel, a drive chip, and a flexible printed circuit board. The display panel includes a glass substrate and a TFT substrate. The glass substrate includes a bottom border. The drive chip is attached on the bottom border of the glass substrate. The drive chip includes an output end and an input end arranged opposite to each other and two side surfaces. The input end is connected to a first metal layer of the TFT substrate. The output end is connected to a second metal layer of the TFT substrate. The flexible printed circuit board includes conductive leads and a first connection portion and a second connection portion extended from one side of the conductive leads. The first connection portion and the second connection portion are connected to the input end from the two side surfaces respectively.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display device including the same, in which heights of at least some of metal terminals in a flexible circuit board bonding pad increase in a direction away from a driving chip. Therefore, more space is reserved for connecting traces between the metal terminals and the driving chip, thereby avoiding occurrence of a display abnormality caused by short-circuiting between the connecting traces due to limitation of space for setting the connecting traces and avoiding the metal terminals being too close to a fan-out trace area in order to reduce impedance.
