Abstract: Provided is a cleaning device, comprising a wiper, a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate, a first elastic clamp and a second elastic clamp. The first clamping plate comprises a first plate body, a first bent portion and a first end portion. The first bent portion extends between the first plate body and the first end portion in a bent manner. The second clamping plate comprises a second plate body, a second bent portion and a second end portion. The second bent portion extends between the second plate body and the second end portion in a bent manner. The wiper is positioned between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate. The cleaning device is moved relative to the nozzle to wipe the nozzle for cleaning. The wiper will not generate pollution and basically causes no wear to the nozzle.

Abstract: A scrubbing device is disclosed, and includes a body and a driving shaft, wherein the body is provided with a sealing mechanism configured to seal a connection portion between the driving shaft and the body. The sealing mechanism includes a sealing member sleeved on the driving shaft. The sealing member has an end that is attached, sealed, and connected to a sidewall of the body. The driving shaft is sleeved with a first sealing ring made of a rigid material and a second sealing ring made of a soft material. The first sealing ring and the second sealing ring are both in contact with an inner wall of the sealing member.

Abstract: A wiping mechanism is provided for wiping a substrate during transmission. The wiping mechanism comprises an upper wiping unit and a lower wiping unit moving back and forth for separately wiping an upper side and a lower side of the substrate. The moving directions of the upper wiping unit and the lower wiping unit are parallel to a loading plane for disposing the substrate and vertical to a transmission direction of the substrate, and the moving directions of the upper wiping unit and the lower wiping unit are opposite to each other, thereby to prevent the substrate being shifted due to wiping, to guarantee the effect of cleaning foreign particles from the surface of the substrate and to avoid scratching the surface of the substrate, to prevent the cleaning apparatus from being damaged, and to avoid affecting the substrate transmission. A substrate cleaning apparatus is also provided.
