    Abstract: The present application provides a display panel and a display device. An N-th auxiliary unit is arranged in a display area of the display panel. An output end of the N-th auxiliary unit is connected to an N-th scan line. By connecting the auxiliary unit arranged in the display area to the corresponding scan line, a falling edge of a scan signal transmitted in the scan line can have sharp falling or a rising edge of the scan signal can have sharp rising, which can alleviate a signal distortion problem caused by transmission delay in the display area.

    Abstract: A driving circuit includes a driving unit. Each of the driving unit includes a body portion and a voltage-level maintaining portion, connected to the first sub-line and the second sub-line of the body portion. The voltage-level maintaining portion includes a transistor having a controlling terminal connected to the first sub-line, an input terminal connected to a first voltage-level signal input terminal of the body portion, and an output terminal connected to the second sub-line. The present disclosure can enhance the stability of the driving circuit over the display period and the touch sensing period.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. Orthographic projections of channel layers of two types of thin film transistors in a design of a driving circuit on the array substrate at least partially overlap, that is, two thin film transistors are stacked on top of each other, thereby facilitating a narrow border design of the display panel. In addition, a channel layer of one of the thin film transistors is an amorphous oxide semiconductor layer, which can reduce node leakage in the driving circuit, which is conducive to improving circuit stability and reducing power consumption.

    Abstract: GOA circuit is disclosed comprising m stages GOA units, wherein a n-th stage GOA unit comprises: an output control module, a forward-backward scan control module, a node signal control module, a signal output module, a first pull-down circuit, a second pull-down circuit, and a pull-up circuit, wherein m≥n¢1; output control module controls a n-th stage gate driving signal; first pull-down circuit comprises a 7th thin-film-transistor which first end connected with said output control module, and second end connected with low voltage signal; signal output module comprises a 5th thin-film-transistor which first end connected with high voltage signal and second end connected with third end of said 7th thin-film-transistor; node signal control module controls said 5th thin-film-transistor as conducting or non-conducting; second pull-down circuit controls said 5th thin-film-transistor as non-conducting. Present invention eliminates the sticking and flicker of display panels after out of power improving user experience.
