摘要: The invention relates to a display screen and a packaging method thereof. The packaging method of the display screen comprises the following steps: providing a substrate of the display screen; evaporating an organic light-emitting material on the substrate; printing a first packaging pattern and a second packaging pattern on the cover plate of the display screen, wherein the first packaging pattern surrounds the second packaging pattern; etching the organic light-emitting material by using a first laser on the substrate; fitting the substrate and the cover plate so that the first packaging pattern and the substrate are fitted, and the second packaging pattern and the organic light-emitting material are fitted; sintering the first packaging pattern and the second packaging pattern by using a second laser on one of the substrate and the cover plate; and performing punching on the display screen.

摘要: An organic light emitting diode pixel arrangement structure includes multiple first sub-pixels, multiple second sub-pixels, and multiple third sub-pixels. Two adjacent first sub-pixels are arranged in a first sub-pixel group, two adjacent second sub-pixels are arranged in a second sub-pixel group, two adjacent third sub-pixels are arranged in a third sub-pixel group. The multiple sub-pixels form multiple arrays, and each array includes at least one first sub-pixel, at least one second sub-pixel and at least one third sub-pixel, each of the first, second and third sub-pixel groups corresponds to a square opening of a mask plate in an evaporation process, there is an inclination angle between a side of the square opening and an arrangement direction of a linear evaporation source, and the inclination angle is an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

摘要: Provided are an organic light-emitting diode display device with a touch control function and a manufacturing method therefor. The display device comprises multiple pixel units. Each pixel unit comprises a display area (101A), a detection area (101B), multiple organic light-emitting diode elements located in the display area (101A), and infrared light detection elements located in the detection area. The multiple organic light-emitting diode elements comprise at least one of a red light organic light-emitting diode element and a blue light organic light-emitting diode element, an infrared light organic light-emitting diode element and a green light organic light-emitting diode element. Compared with an infrared touch device in the prior art, the organic light-emitting diode display device with the touch control function is smaller in size.

摘要: An OLED pixel arrangement structure includes multiple first sub-pixels, multiple second sub-pixels and multiple third sub-pixels. Four adjacent ones of the first sub-pixels and four adjacent ones of the second sub-pixels are alternately arranged and surround one of the third sub-pixels. Centers of the four adjacent first sub-pixels and centers of the four adjacent second sub-pixels form vertexes of a virtual octagonal cell, and the virtual octagonal cell has at least two orthogonal symmetry axes, a basic pixel unit is formed by the first sub-pixels and the second sub-pixels forming the virtual octagonal cell and a part of the third sub-pixel inside the virtual octagonal cell which are located on one side of one of the at least two orthogonal symmetry axes of the virtual octagonal cell. A center of the third sub-pixel coincides with a center of the virtual octagonal cell.

摘要: Disclosed in the present invention are a method for manufacturing a thin-film transistor, an array substrate, and a display device. The method includes: forming a buffer layer on a substrate; forming a polysilicon layer on the buffer layer; performing a patterning process on the polysilicon layer, to form an active layer; depositing a gate insulating layer on the active layer; depositing a gate metal layer on the gate insulating layer, and performing dry etching on the gate metal layer by using the patterning process and by using a gas containing CO as an etching gas, to form a gate; performing ion implantation on the active layer by using the gate as a mask, to form a source region and a drain region; and depositing a passivation layer on the gate, forming through holes in the gate insulating layer and the passivation layer, and manufacturing a source and a drain.

摘要: A sub-pixel rendering method, comprising the following steps: acquiring a second pixel array corresponding to an original image, each sub-pixel of the second pixel array corresponding to a greyscale value; mapping the second pixel array of the original image onto a first pixel array; respectively finding the central positions of the sub-pixels of the first pixel array and of the second pixel array, determining sub-pixels of the second pixel array positioned in every sub-pixel preset region in the first pixel array and of the same colour as said sub-pixels in the first pixel array, and measuring the distance of same from the central position of said sub-pixels of the first pixel array; on the basis of the distance, calculating the proportional coefficient occupied by the sub-pixels of the second pixel array in the sub-pixels of the first pixel array, and on the basis of the proportional coefficient and the greyscale value of the sub-pixels of the second pixel array, calculating the greyscale value corresponding to each sub-pixel of the first pixel array. The preset sub-pixel rendering method is simple and easy to implement; few hardware resources are required, and software operation is rapid.
