    摘要: In a lens holder driving device, each of an upper plate spring and a lower plate spring, which are respectively provided on an upper side and a lower side of a lens holder, has an inner peripheral side end fixed to the lens holder, an outer peripheral side end fixed to a fixing part, and a plurality of arms. The plurality of arms of the upper plate spring and the plurality of arms of the lower plate spring have substantially identical shapes in a plan view. Each of the plurality of arms includes at least one U-turn shaped portion that is folded over. Either the upper plate spring or the lower plate spring has at least one stretchable and flexible resin that is provided so as to straddle over the mutually opposing parts of the U-turn shaped portion of the plurality of arms.

    摘要: Provided are a lens driving device, a camera module, and a camera-mounted device for which the miniaturization and weight reduction can be achieved and the reliability can also be improved. The lens driving device includes AF and shake-correcting driving parts utilizing a voice coil motor. An AF fixing part includes an AF control part controlling the energization current through an AF coil part. The AF driving part includes upper and lower elastic supporting parts, auto-focusing power-source lines connected to power-supplying suspension wires functioning as a shake-correcting supporting part, signal lines connected to signal suspension wires functioning as a shake-correcting supporting part, and coil power-supply lines electrically connecting the AF control part to the AF coil part. The upper elastic supporting part functions at least as the AF power-supply lines or the signal lines, and the lower elastic supporting part functions as the coil power-supply lines.

    摘要: A lens holder drive device has: a lens holder; a fixing part that includes a base member disposed below the lens holder; a drive mechanism; an upper-side plate spring; a lower-side plate spring; and a position detection unit that detects the position of the lens holder in the optical axis direction. The drive mechanism has: a drive coil fixed to the perimeter of the lens holder; a yoke having a substantially square columnar shape; and a drive magnet disposed to face the drive coil in a first direction which is orthogonal to the optical axis direction. The position detection unit includes: a sensor magnet attached to an outer circumferential surface of the lens holder in a second direction which is orthogonal to the optical axis direction and the first direction; and a magnetic sensing element that faces the sensor magnet and is provided to the base member.

    摘要: A camera module includes upper and lower leaf springs having a stable load characteristic and a holder displaceably held by the leaf springs so that the holder can be stably displaced within a magnetic circuit. The upper spring 5 has an outer annular portion 5a, an inner annular portion 5b provided inside the outer annular portion 5a so as to be displaceable with respect to the outer annular portion 5a and attached to the holder 9, and a plurality of bridge portions 5c coupled between the outer annular portion 5a and the inner annular portion 5b. The camera module further includes a bridge portion supporting member 4 for supporting a part of at least one of the plurality of bridge portions so that a load characteristic of the leaf spring can be changed. By rotating the bridge portion supporting member 4 in a clockwise direction, an overlapping part between the extending part 4c and the bridge portion 5c is increased according to the amount of the rotation so that a spring constant of the upper leaf spring 5 is apparently increased.

    摘要: A camera module includes a holder provided with a lens unit and displaceable along an optical axis direction of the lens unit; a coil formed from a wound wire having both end portions serving as lead wires, and provided on the holder; a yoke and magnets for providing a magnetic field to the coil; a flexible printed circuit board for supplying an electrical current to the lead wires; and upper and lower leaf springs for supporting the holder so that the holder is displaceable along the optical axis direction. Each of the upper and lower springs includes an outer annular portion, an inner annular portion provided inside the outer annular portion and attached to one of the cylindrical end portions of the holder, and a plurality of bridge portions coupled between the outer annular portion and the inner annular portion. The flexible printed circuit board is arranged below the lower leaf spring, and a part of the insulating sheet portion thereof is formed into a tongue part which extends in a tongue-shaped manner so that the tongue part is arranged in a space between a predetermined bridge portion of the lower leaf spring and the lead wires. The provision of such a tongue part makes it possible to prevent the bridge portion from making contact with the lead wires even in the event that the bridge portion is hardly deformed.

The drive mechanism includes a yoke that is provided to stand on the base member. The position detection unit includes a sensor magnet mounted to the outer peripheral surface of the lens holder, and a magnetic detection element provided in the securing part. The yoke is provided with a tube-shaped external cylinder part, and the external cylinder part includes a plurality of plate sections each having a cutout section. The lens holder driving device includes a foreign matter entry prevention member that prevents foreign matter from getting inside from the cutout sections of the plate sections.

    摘要: A camera module that can obtain a clear image even in the case where dust is generated inside the camera module due to a shock applied thereto is provided. The camera module includes a base and a cover attached to the base so as to define a space therebetween in which the holder can be displaced. The base has an upper surface which faces the cover, and the upper surface of the base includes a concaved dust collecting portion and a dust falling preventing wall formed on the upper surface so as to surround an entire circumference of an opening of the base, and wherein a surface of the concaved dust collecting portion includes a dust sticking layer to which fallen dust is adapted to stick, whereby when dust is generated in the space between the cover and the base and such dust is fallen onto the upper surface of the base, it is possible to prevent such dust from entering into the opening by the dust falling preventing wall and such dust is stuck to the dust sticking layer of the dust collecting portion provided on the upper surface of the base.
