Abstract:
The present invention relates generally to methods for producing renewable detergent compounds. More specifically, the invention relates to methods for producing detergent intermediates, including bio-linear alkylbenzene (LAB), bio-alcohols, and long chain bio-paraffins, from natural oils.
Abstract:
Novel poly-branched, mono- or poly-unsaturated functional materials are provided. More specifically, certain novel unsaturated branched functional compositions are provided that are made via isoprenoids and/or isoprenoid derivatives which come from either natural or synthetic sources. Also disclosed is their use or modification for use in consumer products such as laundry products, personal care products, dishcare products, shampoo products and hard surface cleaning products, and the like comprising the functional compositions or modified compositions.
Abstract:
Disclosed are novel phosphono-phosphate compounds, monomers, and polymer compositions that have targeted uses with divalent cations and surfaces having divalent cations. These compounds can be used to deliver actives to surfaces such as calcium hydroxyapatite.
Abstract:
The present invention relates generally to methods for producing detergent compounds from waste plastic feedstocks. More specifically, the invention relates to methods for producing detergent intermediates, including alkylbenzenes, paraffins, olefins, oxo alcohols, and surfactant derivatives thereof from waste plastic feedstock.
Abstract:
Novel mixtures of sugar amides or sugar amines are disclosed that have improved thermal properties over the individual components. New feedstocks based on both the surfactant tail as well as the sugar head group allow for improved physical properties of sugar amide surfactant mixtures and thus improved formulatability. Furthermore, new sources of unique methyl esters from both bioengineering and or co-metathesis of fats and oils provide novel and improved sugar amide surfactant mixtures.
Abstract:
Disclosed are oral care compositions of novel phosphono-phosphate and anionic group containing polymer compositions that have targeted uses with divalent cations and surfaces having divalent cations. These compounds can be used to deliver anionic character to surfaces such as calcium hydroxyapatite for use in oral care applications.
Abstract:
Disclosed are oral care compositions of phosphonate and sulfonate group containing polymer compositions that have targeted uses with divalent cations and surfaces having divalent cations. These compounds can be used to deliver anionic character to surfaces such as calcium hydroxyapatite.
