    Abstract: A method of operating a user equipment, UE, configured with a plurality of transmission configurations for lower layer mobility and associated with one or more cells, each cell associated with one or more physical cell identities, PCIs, in a wireless communication network is provided. The method includes receiving a lower layer signaling that includes an indication of a change of transmission configuration from a first transmission configuration to a second transmission configuration from the plurality of transmission configurations, and in response to receiving the lower layer signaling, performing the change of transmission configuration and performing an action related to a measurement configuration. The action includes one of performing an update to at least one element in the measurement configuration based on the second transmission configuration, and applying a stored measurement configuration associated with the second transmission configuration.

    Abstract: A communication device can be configured with a plurality of physical cell identifiers, PCIs, for a mobility procedure, a plurality of transmission configurations, and one or more cells. Each cell can be operating in a same serving frequency and each cell can be associated with one or more PCIs. The communication device can receive an indication of a transmission configuration to be activated, from the plurality of transmission configurations, that is associated with a non-serving cell or a non-serving PCI, from a network node. The communication device can determine to perform a media access control, MAC, reset operation based on the transmission configuration to be activated.

    Abstract: A method, network node wireless device for inclusion of preamble group information in a random access (RA) report are disclosed.     Abstract: A wireless device registers with a first PLMN having a first PLMN identity. A first plurality of RA procedures is performed while registered with the first PLMN. First information related to the first plurality of RA procedures is stored. The wireless device registers with a second PLMN having a second PLMN identity different than the first PLMN identity after registering with the first PLMN and after performing the first plurality of RA procedures. The first information is discarded responsive to registering with the second PLMN. A second plurality of RA procedures is performed while registered with the second PLMN. Second information related to the second plurality of RA procedures is stored. An information message is transmitted to the second PLMN. The information message includes a plurality of RACH reports corresponding to the second plurality of RA procedures based on the second information.

    Abstract: A method is performed by a wireless device in a network. The wireless device detects a triggering event related to a procedure for a handover from a source network node to a target network node in which the wireless device relies on downlink beam selection. The wireless device determines measurement information to include in a message to send to the target network node. The measurement information is obtained by measuring one or more beams according to at least one of a radio link management configuration, a beam management configuration, and a measurement configuration. In response to detecting the triggering event, the determined measurement information in the message is sent to the target network node.
