    摘要: A filament winding apparatus includes a hoop winding device and a helical winding device. The hoop winding device includes a disc-shaped wrapping table, a drive mechanism that rotatably drives the wrapping table, four bobbins supported along a peripheral edge of the wrapping table, and a guide member that moves and guides a fiber bundle fed from the bobbin to a mandrel arranged in an insertion hole of the wrapping table. The bobbin is axially supported in a freely rotatable manner with a chuck of a holder fixed to the wrapping table. A ratchet mechanism, which prevents over-rotation in a fiber bundle feeding direction of the bobbin, is arranged between the holder and the chuck.

A cutter cuts a fiber bundle wound around a first transfer ring integral with a mandrel after the winding process and a second transfer ring is moved to the mandrel before the winding process between the first and second transfer rings; and a friction roller positions and holds the second transfer ring when cutting the fiber bundle. The friction roller is pressed and biased against the second transfer ring by a compression spring.

A resin impregnating apparatus 1 impregnating fibers F with resin includes a block member 2 including a tapered passage 21 through which the fibers F pass and which is tapered toward a direction in which the fibers F pass, and a resin supply device 3 supplying the resin to the fibers F in the vicinity of an inlet of the tapered passage 21. As the fibers F pass through the tapered passage 21 carrying the supplied resin, the resin is pressurized by a wedge effect of the tapered passage 21 so that the fibers F are impregnated with the resin.

First and second guide units include a plurality of fiber supplying guides arranged radially and extending and contracting in a direction approximately perpendicular to a liner central axis. When a fiber bundle supplied from a first supplying guide of the first guide unit crosses between a second supplying guide of the second guide unit and the liner, the distance from the second supplying guide to the liner central axis is made larger than the distance from the first supplying guide to the liner central axis, and in the reverse case, the distance from the first supplying guide to the liner central axis is made larger than the distance from the second supplying guide to the liner central axis.

    摘要: A filament winding apparatus reduces fluctuations in a winding operation by bringing a plurality of guide portions that guide fiber bundles to a liner close to the liner in a winding unit. Each of the guide portions is a tubular member having a guide hole penetrated from a base end to a leading end portion. The leading end portion has a smaller thickness width. Each of the guide portions guides a second fiber bundle to the liner by passing the second fiber bundle from a side of the base end portion to a side of the leading end portion of the guide hole. By rotating each of the guide portions about an axis of the guide portion, and by sliding the guide portions in the radius direction of the liner, the guide portions can be brought close to the liner.
