Abstract: According to various embodiments, a first user equipment (UE) includes a transceiver to transmit and receive a wireless signal; and a processor connected with the transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to identify a value related to quality of sidelink communication while the first UE performs sidelink communication in licensed band with a second UE, determine to perform a listen before talk (LBT) procedure on a condition that the value related to the quality of the sidelink communication is less than or equal to a reference value, and perform the LBT procedure during performing the sidelink communication in the licensed band.

Abstract: Video streaming from the first external electronic device, such as the vehicle image acquisition device according to various embodiments, may be processed based on a designated state (e.g., a traffic accident) identified by the first external electronic device. For example, when receiving a notification related to a designated state from the first external electronic device, the electronic device may acquire information related to the designated state and then broadcast the obtained information to one or more terminals (e.g., terminal 130 of FIG. 5), through a second external electronic device such as a navigation server. In response to the broadcasting, the terminal may provide information related to the designated state to the user of the terminal. The information may be used to change a navigation path provided by the terminal.

According to another example embodiment, the time interval (ΔT) may vary using a function of receiving an input of a secret key and order and outputting a unique value, such as a Hash-based Message Authentication Codes (HMAC)-based One-time Password (HOTP) algorithm.

Abstract: According to various embodiments, a first user equipment (UE) includes a memory; a transceiver to transmit and receive a wireless signal; and a processor connected with the memory and the transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to determine to perform communication through a sidelink on unlicensed band with a second UE while the first UE is in a state which is out of coverage of a base station, based on the determination, identify pre-configuration information stored in the memory, obtain a priority threshold value for the sidelink on the unlicensed band from the pre-configuration information, and determine, based on the priority threshold value, whether to transmit data through the sidelink on the unlicensed band with the second UE.
