    Abstract: A rack storage system has two storage racks, a rack aisle therebetween, a loading good manipulation unit with a buffer device for buffering loading goods, and a loading good lifting device for storing and/or retrieving loading goods. The lifting device includes a vertical mast having a lifting guide, a lifting drive having a drive station and a traction device drive, and a lifting frame mounted on the guide and vertically movable using the lifting drive. The frame is connected to the traction device drive and includes a transport device. Furthermore, the system has an automated storage and retrieval unit displaceable in the aisle on guide tracks on the racks, and a conveying system adjoined to the manipulation unit. The frame is arranged on a mast side facing away from the aisle. The drive station with the drive motor located inside the aisle is arranged on a mast side facing the aisle.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for storing hanging goods (2) in an automated storage system (1), comprising a stationary storage rack (5) with storing regions for the hanging goods (2) in storage levels (13) lying one above the other, and at least one goods transport device (7) having a base frame (30), which is displaceable in a first direction in front of the storage rack (5), and at least one storage and removal device (33) having a goods displacement means (42) which is displaceable relative to the base frame in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The hanging goods are moved by the goods displacement means between a goods receiving carrier (12) associated with one storage region and a goods receiving carrier (34) associated with the goods transport device, the goods receiving carrier (12) remaining in the storage regions in the storage rack (5). The invention further relates to an automated storage system for carrying out said method.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a conveying device (1) having an accumulation area (SB) for accumulating objects (O, O1 . . . O2, Oa . . . Oj), and to an operating method for the conveying device (1). By means of a measuring device (L1), the object rear edge (KHO1) of a first object (O1) and the object front edge (KVO2) of a second object (O2) which follows the first object (O1) are detected. The position of the objects (O1, O2) is determined by means of rotation signals from the drives (M) of conveyor elements (2, 2M, 2L). For the second object (O2), a continuous curve of a speed reduction of a target speed (vSoll) is calculated, wherein the calculated stop position (PStop) of the object front edge (KVO2) of the second object (O2) is located at the position of the object rear edge (KHO1) of the stopped first object (O1), or between the object front edge (KVO1) of the stopped first object (O1) and the object rear edge (KHO1) of the stopped first object (O1). Subsequently, the second object (O2) is moved and stopped by means of the conveyor elements (2, 2M, 2L) on the basis of the calculated speed reduction.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a transport vehicle (7) for storing unit loads in a storage rack (1) and removing unit loads from a storage rack. The transport vehicle comprises a base frame (27), running wheels (29) which rest on a first guide (36) in a rollable manner, the first guide extending parallel with the longitudinal direction of the storage rack and in a first guide plane extending parallel with a driving plane, and a guide unit (31; 60; 62; 74; 86) which is mounted to the base frame via a bearing device (46; 61; 63; 75; 87) and has guide wheels (49) which rest on a second guide (47; 88) and are rollable in guide sections (48), the second guide extending parallel with the longitudinal direction of the storage rack and in a second guide plane intersecting the driving plane in order to move the transport vehicle in a guided manner. The bearing device comprises an elastic compensating element (53; 54; 67, 68; 79, 80) which is arranged in such a way that one of the guide wheels is movable relative to the base frame. The invention further relates to a method for storing different unit loads on differently classified storage spaces.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an unloading station (4) for automated unloading of an article container (2), which comprises an overhead conveying device (1) for transporting the article container (2) into the unloading station and for transporting the article container out of the unloading station, an opening and closing device (40) for adjusting a bag body between the closed position and the opened position and an unloading device (39) for unloading the bag body. The unloading device comprises an actuation device (56), by means of which the article container with the bag body can be tilted about a tilting axis (57) extending essentially in parallel to the longitudinal extension of the overhead conveying device between a provisioning position (58) and an unloading position (59), wherein in the unloading position an article (28) can be discharged from the article container through the unloading opening (29). Moreover, the invention relates to a method for the automated unloading of an article container.
