    Abstract: A catheter holder capable of stably holding a catheter on a body surface of a patient by facilitating catheter routing when the catheter is mounted on the body surface includes first and second components. The first component has a base portion configured to adhere to the patient's body surface and a receiving portion configured to receive a portion of a catheter disposed inside the patient's body and extending to outside of the body. The second component has a holding portion configured to hold the catheter and/or a connector connected to the catheter, with the second component being rotatably connected to the first component. The first or second component includes a catheter guide portion configured to bend the catheter, which extends from the receiving portion, toward the holding portion, and the catheter guide portion is formed with a crush prevention portion configured to prevent the catheter from being crushed.

    Abstract: A medical device for crushing an object in a body lumen, the medical device including: an elongated shaft portion rotatably driven; a crushing unit provided with bendable wire rods and rotatable together with the shaft portion; and a sliding unit fixed to each of end portion of the wire rods on at least one of a distal side of and a proximal side of the wire rods and is interlocked with the shaft portion so as to be slidable in an axial direction of the shaft portion.
