Abstract:
A stent includes a plurality of annular bodies formed with linear components, and connection portions. The connection portions being first pattern connection portions that connect one end side apexes and connection linear portions located closer to one end side than the one end side apexes or second pattern connection portions that connect the connection linear portions and the connection linear portions closer to the other end side than the connection linear portions, and other connection portions selected from the first or second pattern connection portions which are not selected, third pattern connection portions that connect the other end side apexes and the connection linear portions closer to the other end side than the other end side apexes, and fourth pattern connection portions that connect the one end side apexes and the other end side apexes located closer to one end side than the one end side apexes.
Abstract:
A brain disease treatment device includes a first tube and a second tube which has an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the first tube, can be arranged in an inner cavity of the first tube, and can move in the inner cavity of the first tube. The first tube is inserted into a subarachnoid space of a patient and discharges cerebrospinal fluid present in the subarachnoid space out of a body of the patient through a space between the inner cavity of the first tube and the outer side of the second tube. The second tube is inserted into the subarachnoid space and injects fluid through an inner cavity of the second tube into the cerebrospinal fluid present in the subarachnoid space. An end portion of the second tube is exposable from an end portion of the first tube in a longitudinal direction of the first tube.
Abstract:
This in-vivo indwelling stent has annular bodies constituted by a plurality of annular bodies arranged in the axial direction, and connection portions. The plurality of annular bodies includes first pattern annular bodies and second pattern annular bodies that are alternately arranged. The first pattern annular bodies each have an endless zigzag linear shape including one-end-side apexes, other-end-side apexes, and curved linear bodies that connects the apexes and protrudes in a first circumferential direction. The second pattern annular bodies each have an endless zigzag linear shape including one-end-side apexes, other-end-side apexes, and a plurality of curved linear bodies that connects the apexes and protrudes in a second circumferential direction. The one-end-side apex and the other-end-side apex of adjacent annular bodies are connected to each other with the connection portion.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a means for improving water-solubility of polysaccharide. A polysaccharide powder according to the present invention has a particle size distribution in which 30 vol or more of the total volume of the powder has particle sizes of 200 to 750 μm.
Abstract:
A catheter shape retainer includes a retainer main body inserted and disposed in an inner lumen of a catheter to retain a cylindrical shape of the catheter, and a movement restrictor disposed closer to a distal portion of the retainer main body than a proximal portion of the retainer main body to restrict the catheter from moving toward the proximal portion of the retainer main body. When a portion of the retainer main body including the distal portion of the retainer main body is inserted into a living body, a portion of the retainer main body located outside the living body has a length longer than a total length of a puncture device.
Abstract:
In an in-vivo indwelling stent, a plurality of annular bodies formed in a circular shape with linear components are arranged in an axial direction, and adjacent annular bodies are connected by connection portions. Each of the annular bodies includes connection linear portions that connect one end side bent portions and other end side bent portions. One of the connection linear portions of the annular bodies located in a central portion of the stent includes axial linear portions that have one end side vertices of the one end side bent portions as starting ends and extend so as to be parallel to the axial direction of the stent, and bent portions that have starting ends at terminal ends of the axial linear portions and extend in a circumferential direction of the stent.
