摘要: Supporting value prediction by a first wireless device being served by a wireless communication network. The network sends, to the first wireless device, configuration information for configuring the first wireless device to, train a machine learning, ML, model to predict certain output values. The training uses input training data that at least partly are determined by operative conditions of the first wireless device and uses desired output values with the input training data. The training ends when the ML model being trained fulfills certain one or more ready criteria. The first wireless device trains the ML model based on the configuration information and sends reporting information to the network indicating that it has trained the ML model and fulfilled the ready criteria. The network determines, based on the reporting information, regarding application of the trained ML model by the first wireless device.

摘要: A first radio base station (BS), a second BS and a core network (CN) node are provided, as are methods of operating the BSs and CN node when a first base station is to be replaced by a second BS. The first BS transfers to the second BS, information indicative of a BS state associated with the operation of the first BS; stops transmission to/from all wireless devices (WDs) to which the first BS is currently providing radio access; and transfers, to the second BS, information indicative of a plurality of WD states, a WD state being associated with a WD. The second BS then provides radio access to WDs, to which the first BS has hitherto provided radio access. The CN node can identify a need to replace a first BS; send a swap-in request to the first BS; and send a swap-out request to the second BS.

摘要: A method performed by a User Equipment (UE) is provided. The method is for handling a Power Headroom Report, PHR, in a Small Data Transmission, SDT, to a network node in a wireless communications network. The UE is in a Radio Resource Control, RRC, inactive state. The UE obtains buffer status information related to a data volume for a SDT included in a buffer in the UE. When the data volume for an SDT to be transmitted to the network node requires at least one transmission after a Random Access, RA, procedure, according to the buffer status information, the UE triggers a PHR. The PHR is to be transmitted to the network node.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method a user equipment (UE) to perform random access to a radio network comprising an uplink physical resource configuration (UL) and supplementary physical resource configuration (SUL). A random access request containing a preamble may be transmitted from the UE to the radio network on a physical random access channel (PRACH) of one of the uplink physical resource configuration or the supplementary uplink physical resource configuration. A random access response for the UE indicating the physical resource configuration on whose PRACH the random access request was sent may be received at the UE, wherein the indication is made by a Random Access Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RA-RNTI) used to identify the random access response. The radio network may be accessed by the UE based on information in the random access response.

摘要: According to some embodiments, a method in a wireless device of performing random access comprises receiving a random access configuration. The random access configuration comprises one or more associations of a synchronization signal block (SSB), a preamble sequence, and physical random access channel (PRACH) configuration resources. The PRACH resources comprise time domain resources and frequency domain resources. The method further comprises receiving one or more SSBs; selecting one of the one or more received SSBs; and selecting a preamble sequence. The preamble sequence is associated with the selected SSB in the random access configuration. The method further comprises transmitting the selected preamble sequence on PRACH resources associated with the selected SSB in the random access configuration. In particular embodiments, more than one SSB is associated with identical PRACH resources, and the preamble sequence associated with each of the more than one SSBs identifies the SSB with respect to the PRACH resources.
