摘要: A method for generating a control program for a laboratory automation device includes receiving configuration data of the laboratory automation device, generating a three-dimensional model of the components of the laboratory automation device from the configuration data, the three-dimensional model additionally including a virtual pipette; displaying the three-dimensional model with a virtual reality headset; receiving movement data of a motion sensing controller controlled by a user wearing the virtual reality headset, the movement data indicating a three-dimensional movement of the motion sensing controller in space; determining a movement of the virtual pipette in the three-dimensional model from the movement data and updating the three-dimensional model according to the movement of the virtual pipette; and generating a control program for the laboratory automation device from the movement data.

A method for monitoring the laboratory automation device (10) comprises: receiving the control commands (26); inputting the control commands (26) into a simulation model (46) of the laboratory automation device (10), the simulation model (46) comprising model components (54) for at least some of the device components (14, 16); updating the simulation model (46) by simulating state changes of the device components (14, 16) based on the control commands (26); determining a desired processing state (60) of the laboratory automation device (10) from the assay definition data (38) and a virtual processing state (62) of the laboratory automation device (10) from the updated simulation model (46); and comparing the desired processing state (60) with the virtual processing state (62) for deciding, whether the assay procedure was correctly executed.

摘要: A method for generating a control program for a laboratory automation device includes: receiving video data displaying a work area of a laboratory assistant, the work area containing a hand-held pipette and containers for receiving a liquid; detecting openings of the containers in the video data and determining positions of the openings; detecting a pipette tip of the hand-held pipette in the video data and determining a movement of the tip; and generating the control program for the laboratory automation device from the movement of the pipette tip with respect to the positions of the openings, wherein the control program is adapted for moving a pipetting arm with a robot pipette of the laboratory automation device with respect to containers of the laboratory automation device accordingly to the movement of the hand-held pipette in the work area.
