Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for resource tracking and allocation are disclosed. In one aspect, a method includes the actions of receiving data that reflects characteristics of a user. The actions further include receiving data that reflects first medical resources that are available at a first healthcare facility. The actions further include receiving data that reflects second medical resources that are available at a second healthcare facility. The actions further include, based on the user data and medical resource data, determining whether to generate and output a recommendation for the user to visit the first or second healthcare facility. The actions further include, based on the user data and medical resource data, predicting the needs of the first and second healthcare facilities and generating and outputting recommendations to allocate medical resources according to those needs.

Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for capturing radio frequency (RF) signal over the air, processing spectrum power data, and uploading data to a central data repository for analysis and reporting. Captured RF signals are filtered and amplified via a front-end module of a probe that includes a filter and a low noise amplifier (LNA). Output signals can be decoded into digital TV metadata and image captures via a TV tuner and spectrum power, and then analyzed via a software defined radio (SDR). Digital TV metadata and images, as well as SDR data, can be uploaded and collected at a server. The server processes collected spectrum data from SDR into spectrum reports. The server can also analyze collected digital TV metadata to identify with increased accuracy RF sources originating from transmitting TV facilities.

Abstract: A VoLTE diagnostic engine may receive VoLTE call records of VoLTE calls that are carried by a wireless carrier network for multiple user devices. The VoLTE call records may include performance indicators and call features for the voice calls. Each call feature of a VoLTE call may represent a circumstance under which the VoLTE call is established and ended. The VoLTE diagnostic engine may apply a decision tree to the VoLTE call records to identify critical features of one or more call conditions that lead to Quality of Experience (QoE) problems for the VoLTE calls captured in the VoLTE call records. Each call condition may include a subset of the call features. Further, the VoLTE diagnostic engine may apply a classifier on the critical features to determine a root cause of a QoE problem for at least one call conditions.

Abstract: The techniques described herein involve determining a context-based Quality of Experience based upon client device Quality of Experience diagnostic files in combination with client device equipment dynamics. Client device Quality of Experience (QoE) diagnostic files may indicate a reduced QoE at a client device, such as reduced signal strength or an increased number of dropped packets. User behavior during a reduced QoE event may be reflected as equipment dynamics, which may be included in equipment dynamics files. A service provider may receive information from the client device and may analyze the information to determine, with an increased confidence level, that the user device experiences a reduced QoE. Network resources may be allocated in response to the reduced QoE determination, thereby increasing a functioning of the computing network and an associated device's Quality of Experience.

Abstract: Techniques and devices for circumventing wireless data monitoring in communications between a communication device and a proxy server, as well as systems and techniques for detecting and resolving vulnerabilities in wireless data monitoring systems are described herein. The techniques for circumventing wireless data monitoring may include manipulating a routing table of a communication device, encapsulating data in an unmonitored protocol, and transmitting the encapsulated data in a “bearer,” or communications channel, to a proxy server that fulfills requests included in the encapsulated data. Furthermore, the techniques for detecting and resolving network vulnerabilities may include restricting protocols by bearers in an Access Control List, limiting a bandwidth of a bearer, or protecting a routing table in a secure location of the communication device.

Abstract: The techniques described herein involve analysis of client device Quality of Experience diagnostic files including an operations log or diagnostic files for a client device. The client device Quality of Experience diagnostic files may be generated by a client device and sent to a network node for analysis. The diagnostic files may be analyzed to determine device Key Performance Indicators and a device Quality of Experience, and to determine a root cause of a network problem (such as dropped calls) leading to a diminished Quality of Experience. In some embodiments, the diagnostic files may be aggregated to form a database of aggregated diagnostics, which can be used to further analyze a network to determine the root cause of a network problem. In some embodiments, the aggregated diagnostics may be indexed according to location, time, device type, device problem, or access technology.

Abstract: This disclosure describes a support user interface for a customer support application that allows a customer support representative to categorize and subcategorize a customer service issue in order to populate a set of probing questions, wherein selected answers to the probing questions can filter from multiple potential root causes, the most likely root cause of the customer service issue. Upon identifying the potential root cause to the customer service issue, one or more potential solutions can be implemented to resolve the customer service issue.
