Abstract:
Provided is a robot which can improve accuracy of calibration of a rotation sensor for detecting a movement of an actuator included in the robot. The robot (1) includes a connection frame (63) that supports a rolling actuator (13). The connection frame (63) has a first attached portion (63g) attached to a rotation outputting section (12c) of an actuator (12) and a remaining portion (a first arm portion (63b), a supporting portion (63a), and a second arm portion (63c)) connected to the first attached portion (63g). A sensor rotation portion (16a) of a rotation sensor (16) is attached to the first attached portion (63g). The first attached portion (63g) and the rotation outputting section (12c) are rotatable over an angle greater than 360 degrees in a state in which the first attached portion (63g) is attached to the rotation outputting section (12c) and in which the remaining portion of the connection frame (63) is removed from the first attached portion (63g).
Abstract:
In an information processing system 1, an information processing apparatus 10 recognizes, when a user moves real bodies 120a and 120b arranged on a play field 19, the movement on the basis of, for example, an image taken by a camera 122 taking an image of the movement to interlock objects of corresponding characters 202a and 202b displayed on a display apparatus 16. In addition, when the user moves the characters 202a and 202b through an input apparatus 14, the information processing apparatus 10 transmits a control signal to the corresponding real bodies 120a and 120b to perform interlocking. When a situation in which interlocking between the real bodies 120a and 120b and the characters 202a and 202b is difficult occurs, an appropriate scenario is selected from the scenarios prepared in advance and realized, thereby maintaining the consistency.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a joint unit including two facing gears that include respective two bevel gear members that face each other, and an intermediate gear that has a bevel gear member meshing with both the two bevel gear members. One of the two facing gears and the intermediate gear includes a first member including an inner circumferential portion of the bevel gear member of the one of the two facing gears and the intermediate gear; a second member including an outer circumferential portion of the bevel gear member of the one of the two facing gears and the intermediate gear; and a resilient member attached to one of the first member and the second member for normally urging the other of the first member and the second member to move in a direction along the directions of rotation of the one of the two facing gears and the intermediate gear.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an information processing device capable of properly controlling a smell presentation device by matching a using state. The information processing device acquires information on the using state of the smell presentation device that presents a smell to a user, and causes the smell presentation device to present a smell in a mode determined in accordance with the acquired information on the using state.
