    摘要: A window regulator includes a guide rail fixed to a vehicle door panel and a slider base that supports a window glass and is slidably supported in a longitudinal direction of the guide rail along sliding surfaces on a front and a back of the guide rail. The guide rail includes a sliding portion that has a first sliding surface and a second sliding surface that face one direction and another direction in a vehicle inner-outer direction. The slider base includes a grease injection portion that includes an injection space and a grease receiving portion. The injection space opens to the vehicle inner-outer direction. The first sliding surface of the guide rail is positioned inside the injection space. The grease receiving portion is positioned opposed to the second sliding surface of the guide rail. The grease receiving portion receives a grease injected in the injection space.

    摘要: The vehicle component fastening structure includes: a boss receptacle and a boss provided in a pair of the vehicle components, and a fastening member for fastening the boss and the boss receptacle. The boss receptacle has a through-hole penetrating in a fastening axis direction and a nipped portion provided inside the through-hole. The boss has a fastener hole, and a leading end of the boss oriented to a first direction abuts on the nipped portion. The fastening member has a shank inserted into the through-hole and the fastener hole in a second direction and a head abutting on the nipped portion. In the fastened state, a bottom face of the head abuts on the nipped portion, and the entire bottom face and a portion of the nipped portion where the leading end of the boss abuts are placed within a range of the through-hole in the fastening axis direction.

    摘要: A vehicular window regulator that decreases an inclination of a glass centering on a thickness direction of the glass and an inclination restraining mechanism are provided. The window regulator includes a member secured to a glass, traction member guides. At least one of the traction member guides are each disposed above and below the member, across the member. The inclination restraining mechanism is wound across the respective traction member guides, and includes a traction member having one end portion installed at the member from above, and further having another end portion installed at the member from below. An installation position to the member, of the one end portion of the traction member and an installation position to the member, of the other end portion of the traction member are offset in a horizontal direction, viewing from a thickness direction of the glass.

    摘要: A wire type window regulator includes a guide rail, a wire driving mechanism, and a wire guide member. The guide rail guides a slider base to freely move up and down. A window glass is fixed to the slider base. The wire driving mechanism moves the slider base up/down along the guide rail via a drive wire. The wire guide member is disposed on at least one of an upper end and a lower end of the guide rail. The wire guide member changes a routing direction of the drive wire wound around the wire guide member. The wire guide member supports a fixing member that is inserted through the guide rail and that fixes the guide rail and the wire guide member to the vehicle door panel.

    摘要: In a window regulator which moves a slider base, slidable along a guide rail, via a pair of wires, the slider base includes: a guide portion which is fitted to the guide rail to be movable in the longitudinal direction thereof; first and second wire engaging portions with which ends of the wires are engaged, respectively; and first and second force application portions which receive a force in a moving direction of the slider base from the wires, and the guide portion is positioned in at least one of the areas between the first force application portion and the first wire engaging portion and between the second force application portion and the second wire engaging portion in the widthwise direction of the guide rail. This makes it possible to obtain a window regulator which is superior in smoothness of operation and operating efficiency of the slider base.

    摘要: In a window regulator which moves a slider base, slidable along a guide rail, via a pair of wires, the slider base is configured of: a body member made of synthetic resin which is slidably supported by the guide rail and to which each wire is connected; and a support member made of metal which supports a window glass, and the support member is provided with a holding portion which holds the body member in the widthwise direction of the guide rail. This configuration makes it possible to achieve a window regulator in which the slider base is not easily warped or deformed when an external force is exerted thereon and which is superior in strength and durability.
