摘要： Provided is a packet relay device for efficiently transferring a communication packet transmitted from a plurality of terminals connected with a network. The packet relay device is positioned in the network, in which a plurality of local networks are connected with each other through a global network, and at the boundary between the local network and the global network. The packet relay device comprises an acquisition unit for specifying the terminal of a transmission source from a broadcast packet transmitted by the terminal in the local network thereby to acquire group information on the group, to which the specified terminal belongs, a conversion unit for converting the broadcast packet into a virtual multicast packet corresponding to the group information acquired beforehand, a transfer unit for transferring the virtual multicast packet to another corresponding relay device, and a packet conversion unit for converting the virtual multicast packet into a corresponding real broadcast packet.

摘要： A granular charging agent capable of injecting the electric charge into a material to charge the surface of the material when coming in contact with the material with the application of a voltage to the charging agent, comprising magnetic particles which comprise electroconductive magnetic particles and high-resistivity magnetic particles of which resistivity is higher than that of the electroconductive magnetic particles. A granular charging agent may comprise magnetic particles, each magnetic particle comprising an electroconductive surface portion capable of forming a flow path of electric current and a surface portion with a resistivity higher than that of the electroconductive surface portion. In addition, a method of charging a material such as a photoconductor using the above-mentioned granular charging agent is disclosed.

摘要： A power transmission device includes a tubular stabilizer which is arranged between a primary pulley and a secondary pulley, and through which a string portion of a power transmitting chain is passed so as to be movable relative to the stabilizer whereby movement of the power transmitting chain is restricted. The stabilizer is supported by the power transmitting chain and is moved in the traveling direction of the power transmitting chain as the power transmitting chain moves in the traveling direction, and a movement of the stabilizer of which the amount is larger than or equal to a predetermined amount is restricted by a restricting device.

The startup condition information can be provided from the user terminal or the service execution device. The service execution device outputs the service execution request through a service execution auxiliary device as required. The context can be provided to the startup condition management device through the user terminal itself or a context collection device.

摘要： A unicast-use tunnel is added between the Note-C and GW-B (i.e., a unicast optimization). Then, the Note-C transmits, to a GW-C, a second IP packet encapsulating a first IP packet, to which an inter-GW header is added, by an IP header to which a multicast address is set. The multicast-use second IP packet is transferred to a CE by way of a tunnel. The CE copies the received second IP packet and transfers it to a GW-A and the GW-B by way of the tunnel (i.e., a multicast optimization).
