    摘要: It is possible to obtain a screen printing apparatus and a screen printing method wherein a high pressing force is not required to print paste on a substrate thereby assuring reliable printing qualities. In the screen printing apparatus which prints the paste on the substrate through pattern holes, the paste in a storage section is pressurized and forced out of a printing space portion through a transfer passage. The paste is given a rolling motion while it is guided by rolling guide surfaces disposed at the printing space portion, and then, the paste is filled into the pattern holes from a printing aperture formed by two scraping members.

    摘要: Pattern holes are completely filled with paste. As a result, occurrence of defects is prevented, and an excellent printing performance is obtained, high speed screen printing is possible, and the printing efficiency is enhanced. By sliding in the running direction above the mask plate having pattern holes, this squeegee for screen print can print the paste supplied on the mask plate to the substrate through the mask plate. It includes a contacting portion for contacting with the surface of the mask plate, a filling portion disposed at the running direction side of the contacting portion, and an agitating portion disposed at the running direction side of the filling portion. The agitating portion has a function of rotating the paste by sliding. The filling portion has a function of filling the pattern holes with the paste along with the sliding motion. The paste applied in the pattern holes can be printed on the substrate.

Therefore, since the ascending stroke of the substrate 3 can be shortened at the time of the position alignment to contact the rear face of the substrate 3 with the rear face of the mask 2, the position misalignment of the substrate in the horizontal direction caused by the raising is suppressed. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the reduction of the position alignment accuracy with the mask 2.

    摘要: A screen printing apparatus and a screen printing method facilitating to adjust a state of filling a paste. By adjusting a pneumatic pressure of pressing a squeezee 9a formed with a flexible region at at least a portion thereof to a surface of a mask 2, the squeezee 9a is moved up and down to follow recesses and projections of a surface of the mask 2 substantially in real time and an attack angle θ in sliding is maintained substantially constant. Thereby, a state of filling a paste can be stabilized without being influenced by recesses and projections of the surface of the mask 2 and promotion of a print quality can be expected. Further, bending is produced at the squeezee 9a by only adjusting the pneumatic pressure, and therefore, an attack angle θ in correspondence with a change in a print condition of a kind or a property of the paste, a thickness of the mask and the like can easily be changed.

    摘要: A fuel injection system for internal combustion engine of the spark ignition type is provided with a fuel metering apparatus including a fuel flow control orifice having an opening area or flow section which is varied in dependence upon a flow rate of intake air inducted into the engine. A fuel metered through the fuel metering apparatus is distributed by a distributing plate driven synchronously with the rate of revolutions of the engine at a predetermined rate and supplied intermittently and sequentially to individual cylinders of the engine through associated fuel injection valves by means of a pressure feeding apparatus such as plungers which are provided in number equal to that of the cylinder and driven synchronously with the revolution of the internal combustion engine.
