    Abstract: One embodiment of the disclosure discloses a touch screen display including a first polarizing plate, a second polarizing plate disposed under the first polarizing plate, a touch panel disposed between the first polarizing plate and the second polarizing plate, a display panel disposed under the second polarizing plate, and a photosensitive adhesive member disposed at least between the first polarizing plate and the touch panel or between the second polarizing plate and the display panel. Further, one embodiment of the disclosure discloses an electronic device including the touch screen display. In addition, various embodiments are possible which are understood through the specification.

    Abstract: A data storage system includes: a storage device having a first storage and a physically separate second storage. A first core includes first data information related to first data to be written to the first storage, and a second core includes second data information related to second data to be written to the second storage. A shared memory is accessible by the first and second cores, and an emergency power system supplies backup power to the first and second cores when external power supplied to the data storage system is less than a minimum threshold operating power. When a write operation error of the second core is detected in a first mode, the first core writes the second data information to the first storage as third data information and writes the second data to the first storage as third data by referring to the second data information.

    Abstract: A polar code encoding and decoding method includes generating a first and second sub-codewords. The sub-codewords correspond to pre-codewords, and the pre-codewords have a shared data aspect. The sub-codewords provide useful error-recovery for data stored in a memory. When data is read from the memory, decoding takes place. The data read operation may include hard decision decoding, soft decision decoding, or hard decision decoding followed by soft decision decoding. In the method, the shared data aspect is used to decode a first sub-codeword for which decoding was not initially successful. An apparatus is also provided.
