Abstract: A method of re-collecting a target material using a filter is provided. The method includes reversely flowing a first fluid from a first flow channel towards a second flow channel through a filter unit so that the target material is included in the first fluid that flows through the second flow channel, wherein the filter includes: the first flow channel, the second flow channel that at least in part overlaps the first flow channel and is disposed above the first flow channel, and the filter unit that is disposed on a region where the first flow channel overlaps the second flow channel and where the target material is captured.
