Abstract:
Provided are an apparatus for filtering a fluid, the apparatus including a first flow channel and a second flow channel which are connected to each other in a fluid communicable manner via a filtration medium, and a method of isolating particles using the apparatus.
Abstract:
A method of isolating or counting target cells using photocleavable linkers coupled with fluorescent dyes, for qualitative or quantitative analysis of protein, gene analysis, and/or morphological analysis after removing the dye.
Abstract:
A photocleavable polymer comprising a photocleavable linker and a polymer having a functional group that binds to a protein, lipid, sugar of a cell, or any combination thereof, as well as a method of selectively lysing cells by incubating a sample comprising two or more cells with the photocleavable polymer to reversibly fix the cells; selectively irradiating the fixed cells or a target or non-target cell among the fixed cells to cleave the photocleavable polymer; and adding a cell lysis solution to selectively lyse the irradiated cells.
Abstract:
A target material capturing filter is described herein. The target material capturing filter may include an inlet through which a fluid enters; an outlet through which at least a portion of the fluid is discharged; a first flow path that is connected to the inlet; a second flow path that is connected to the outlet; and a filter unit that is disposed between the first flow path and the second flow path and captures the target material by letting drop at least a portion of the fluid that flows through the first flow path.
Abstract:
Provided herein is a method of sequential and multiple immunostaining for detection of various antigens in the same specimens, which may be used for qualitative or quantitative analysis of proteins expressed, gene analysis, and morphological analysis even in specimens where only a small amount is available.
Abstract:
A particle complex comprising a particle; a cleavable linker bound to a surface of the particle; and a macromolecule bound to the cleavable linker, wherein the macromolecule specifically binds to a surface marker of a target cell, and a method of isolating a target cell comprising same.
