Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system or a 6th-Generation (6G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system. A frequency multiplier of a wireless communication system is provided. The frequency multiplier includes an input circuit to which a local oscillator (LO) signal is input, a multiplier circuit having one end connected to the input circuit and another end connected to a lower terminal of a load circuit, a load circuit having an upper terminal connected to a voltage controller, and a voltage controller configured between the upper terminal of the load circuit and an input power source, wherein the voltage controller may be configured to drop a voltage between the input power source and the upper terminal of the load circuit and reinput a feedback voltage based on an upper terminal voltage of the load circuit to the voltage controller, and a method of multiplying a frequency using the same.

Abstract: A light emitting diode apparatus is provided. The light emitting diode apparatus includes a wavelength conversion layer, a light emitting diode layer, a light transmission layer, and a sheath layer. The wavelength conversion layer has a first refractive index. The light emitting diode layer includes a base layer arranged on the wavelength conversion layer, and a light emitting structure layer arranged on the base layer. The light transmission layer is arranged on the wavelength conversion layer, surrounds a sidewall of the light emitting diode layer and contacts the sidewall of the light emitting diode layer, and has a second refractive index. The sheath layer is arranged to cover the light emitting diode layer and the light transmission layer, and has a third refractive index less than the second refractive index.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). An electronic device including a first radio frequency (RF) chip and a second RF chip is provided. The electronic device includes a modem configured to transmit a first clock signal to the second RF chip, the first RF chip connected to the modem and configured to receive a second clock signal from the modem, and the second RF chip electrically connected to the first RF chip through a transmission line and configured to receive the second clock signal from the first RF chip and to measure a phase of the transmission line based on the first clock signal and the second clock signal. The first clock signal and the second clock signal have different frequencies.
