Abstract: To solve the problem wherein a terminal cannot perform data communication from a network from the time point of a terminal receiving a handover command (HO command) message from a base station controlling a source cell to the time point of a terminal receiving a handover complete (HO complete) message from a base station controlling a target cell, after the terminal transmits the handover command message to the base station controlling the source cell, the base station controlling the source cell transmits to the base station controlling the target cell whether or not the terminal supports a function of reducing the interruption time of data transfer, the terminal continues to perform data transmission/reception with the base station controlling the source cell, and after the terminal completes a random access procedure with the base station controlling the target cell, the base station controlling the source cell transmits an additional sequence number status transfer message to the base station controlling the target cell.

In a wireless communication system, a base station apparatus may include at least one transceiver, and at least one processor operatively coupled with the at least one transceiver. The at least one transceiver may transmit, to a terminal, configuration information associated with a primary beam and a secondary beam. The processor may determine the primary beam and the secondary beam based on feedback information regarding beams of the base station, received from the terminal. The at least one transceiver may be configured to transmit, to the terminal, indication information for identifying the primary beam and the secondary beam, perform communication with the terminal by using the primary beam, and perform communication with the terminal by using the primary beam and the secondary beam based on a determination of a change of a communication state for the primary beam.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method by which a device for adjusting the interference of a plurality of base stations transmits and receives data to and from the plurality of base stations comprises: receiving channel information of a terminal connected to one or more macro base stations or to one or more small base stations from the one or more macro base stations or the one or more small base stations; receiving ABS pattern information from the one or more macro base stations; generating, for each base station, interference control information for the one or more macro base stations or the one or more small base stations on the basis of the ABS pattern information and the channel information of the terminal connected to the one or more macro base stations or to the one or more small base stations; and transmitting, to each base station, the interference control information generated for each base station.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for applying wireless resources in order to control inter-cell interference in a heterogeneous network system. The method for applying wireless resources provided by the present invention generates an almost blank subframe (ABS) pattern on the basis of the type of data transmitted from at least one of a first base station and a second base station, applies a non-ABS or an ABS to wireless resources of the first base station according to the generated ABS pattern, and performs data communication by using the wireless resources to which the ABS has been applied.
