An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a substrate, a thin film transistor (TFT) formed over the substrate, and a first pixel defining layer formed over the TFT and having an opening. The OLED display also includes an insulating layer formed in the opening and including a top surface having a dome shape and an OLED formed over the insulating layer.

A display device includes: a display panel including pixels; an eye tracker configured to determine a gaze point on the display panel by tracking a gaze of a user; and a timing controller configured to determine a luminance variable region of the display panel based on the gaze point, and to decrease a luminance of the luminance variable region. The timing controller is configured to decrease the luminance of a point in the luminance variable region more as the point in the luminance variable region is farther from the gaze point.

A display apparatus includes a display panel, a data driving circuit, and a gate driving circuit. The display panel is configured to display an image and includes a gate line and a data line. The data driving circuit is configured to output a data signal to the data line. The gate driving circuit is configured to output a gate signal to the gate line and to control a kick-back time of the gate signal according to a temperature of the display panel. The kick-back time is a time when the gate signal is decreased from a gate on voltage to a kick-back voltage that is between the gate on voltage and a gate off voltage.
