    Abstract: A data driver includes a receiver, a transition minimization coding (“TMC”) decoder, a dithering adder and a voltage generator. The receiver receives a clock signal and first image data which is generating by removing a dithering from a dithered original image data and performing a TMC. The TMC decoder removes the TMC from the first image data to generate second image data. The dithering adder restores the removed dithering based on the clock signal and the second image data to generate third image data. The voltage generator generates a plurality of data voltages based on the third image data.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including an edge extending along a first direction, a main circuit board adjacent to the edge of the display panel, and a connection circuit board which connects the main circuit board to the display panel at the edge thereof. The connection circuit board includes a plurality of board side pads which are arranged along the first direction and at which the connection circuit board is connected to the main circuit board. Each of the plurality of board side pads includes a first pad, and a second pad adjacent to the first pad along the first direction. The second pad includes a plurality of signal pads which are arranged along a second direction which crosses the first direction and are each aligned with the first pad along the first direction.

    Abstract: A flexible circuit film includes the following elements: a base film; a first power input terminal, a second power input terminal, a first power output terminal, and a second power output terminal each disposed on the base film; an integrated circuit chip disposed between the first power input terminal and the first power output terminal and overlapping the base film; first power wiring disposed on the base film, connecting the first power input terminal to the first power output terminal, and including a first connection part; and second power wiring disposed on the base film, connecting the second power input terminal to the second power output terminal, and including a second connection part. The first connection part and the second connection part are disposed between the base film and the integrated circuit chip, overlap the integrated circuit chip, and are spaced from each other.
