    Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a transistor, a display element, a first touch electrode, a second touch electrode, a spacer, and a light reflector. The second substrate overlaps the first substrate. The transistor is positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate. The display element is electrically connected to the transistor. The first touch electrode contacts the second substrate. The second touch electrode contacts the second substrate and is insulated from the first touch electrode. The spacer overlaps the first touch electrode and is positioned between the first touch electrode and the first substrate. The light reflector overlaps the second touch electrode, is positioned between the second touch electrode and the first substrate, and is spaced from the spacer. A distance between the light reflector and the second touch electrode is greater than a distance between the spacer and the first touch electrode.

    Abstract: A display device may include a display part, a substrate, a first spacer, a second spacer, a first touch electrode, and a second touch electrode. The display part may emit, transmit, and/or reflect light. The substrate may overlap the display part and may receive a touch. The first spacer and the second spacer may be formed of a spacer material and may be positioned between the display part and the substrate to maintain a distance between the display part and the substrate. No intervening spacer analogous to the first spacer or the second spacer may be positioned between the first spacer and the second spacer. The first touch electrode may be positioned between the first spacer and the second spacer in a plan view of the display device. The second touch electrode may intersect the first touch electrode in the plan view of the display device.

    Abstract: A display device includes a polycrystalline semiconductor including a channel and electrodes of a driving transistor; a gate electrode of the driving transistor on the channel of the driving transistor; a first storage electrode on the gate electrode of the driving transistor; a light blocking layer of a first transistor and a light blocking layer of a second transistor; an oxide semiconductor including a channel and electrodes of the first transistor, and a channel and electrodes of the second transistor; a gate electrode of the first transistor on the channel of the first transistor; and a gate electrode of the second transistor on the channel of the second transistor. The light blocking layer of the first transistor and the first storage electrode are on a same layer, and the light blocking layer of the second transistor and the gate electrode of the driving transistor are on a same layer.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device comprises a first thin-film transistor disposed on a substrate; and a second thin-film transistor disposed on the substrate and spaced apart from the first thin-film transistor. The first thin-film transistor comprises a first semiconductor layer, a first conductive layer disposed on the first semiconductor layer and that overlaps the first semiconductor layer, and a first insulating layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the first conductive layer. The second thin-film transistor comprises a second semiconductor layer, and a second conductive layer disposed on the second semiconductor layer and that overlaps the second semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer is disposed on a layer higher than the second semiconductor layer, the first semiconductor layer comprises an oxide semiconductor, the second semiconductor layer comprises low temperature polycrystalline silicon (LTPS), and the first insulating layer covers the entire first semiconductor layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a pixel unit including pixels connected to first scan lines, second scan lines, and data lines; a scan driver for supplying a first scan signal to the pixels through the first scan lines at a first frequency and supplying a second scan signal to the pixels through the second scan lines at a second frequency different from the first frequency in a first mode; a first signal supply for supplying an inspection signal to the pixels through at least one of the data lines in response to the first scan signal in a first period of the first mode; and a second signal for supply supplying a bias signal to the pixels through the data lines in response to the first scan signal in a second period of the first mode.
