Abstract: A color conversion panel includes: a substrate including a light blocking area and first, second, and third transmission areas; a first color filter disposed on the substrate at the first transmission area; a second color filter disposed on the substrate at the second transmission area; a low refractive index layer disposed on the substrate at the light blocking area and the first, second, and third transmission areas; a first color conversion layer disposed on the first color filter and the low refractive index layer; a second color conversion layer disposed on the second color filter and the low refractive index layer; and a light transmitting layer disposed on the low refractive index layer at the third transmission area. The low refractive index layer has a refractive index lower than a refractive index of the first color conversion layer and a refractive index of the second color conversion layer.

The shell includes a metal oxide (and/or metalloid oxide) having a bandgap of about 3.5 eV or more, and having a sum (ΔECB+ΔEVB) of a conduction band offset (ΔECB) with the compound semiconductor included in the core and a valence band offset (ΔEVB) with the compound semiconductor included in the core of about 3 eV or more.
