Abstract: An organic light-emitting apparatus includes a substrate including an active area, a dead area, and a pad area, a display unit disposed in the active area and including thin-film transistors, pixel electrodes, and a portion of a common electrode, a first voltage supply unit disposed on the dead and pad areas and electrically contacting the common electrode, a second voltage supply unit overlapping the common electrode, and spaced apart and electrically insulated therefrom, and an insulating layer disposed between the common electrode and the second voltage supply unit, in which a portion of the common electrode that overlaps the first voltage supply unit is closer to the pad area than that of a portion of the common electrode that overlaps the second voltage supply unit, and an end portion of the insulating layer contacts an end portion of the first voltage supply unit adjacent to the active area.

Abstract: A flexible display panel and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the flexible display panel includes a flexible substrate including a bending area, a display unit formed over the flexible substrate, and a thin film encapsulation layer covering the display unit. The flexible display panel further includes a wiring layer electrically connected to the display unit and formed over the bending area and a stress-neutralizing layer formed over the flexible substrate. The stress-neutralizing layer is configured such that a compressive stress is applied to the wiring layer when the bending area is bent. The stress-neutralizing layer includes a layer formed of the same material as the thin film encapsulation layer.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate divided into an encapsulation area and a non-encapsulation area. The display device includes an interlayer insulating layer disposed over the substrate. The display device includes a first inner contact hole passing through the interlayer insulating layer in the encapsulation area, and connecting an inner conductive layer to an inner lower conductive layer. The display device includes an outer contact hole passing through the interlayer insulating layer in the non-encapsulation area, and connecting an outer conductive layer to an outer lower conductive layer. A slope angle formed by a lateral wall of the outer contact hole with respect to an upper surface of the substrate is less than a slope angle formed by a lateral wall of the first inner contact hole with respect to the upper surface of the substrate.
