Abstract:
An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: an organic light-emitting device including a plurality of sub-pixels respectively emitting lights of different colors; a color filter formed on the organic light-emitting device in a region corresponding to each of the sub-pixels; a spacer color filter formed in the color filter between red, green, and blue color filters at locations corresponding to non-emitting areas; and a substrate provided on the color filter to encapsulate the organic light-emitting device.
Abstract:
A display device includes a display panel displaying an image. A light source unit provides light to the display panel. A cover member covers a portion of an upper surface of the display panel and a side surface of the display panel. The cover member exposes a display area of the display panel. A thermoelectric device is disposed between the cover member and the light source unit. The thermoelectric device contacts the cover member, and the thermoelectric device generates an electromotive force due to a difference in temperature between the light source unit and the cover member.

Abstract:
A method of driving a display device includes displaying both a natural image and a color vision test image on the display unit. The color vision test image is an image used to determine whether a person has a color vision impairment. A color adjustment user interface for adjusting color of the display unit is displayed on the display unit. A color adjustment instruction that instructs to adjust color of the display unit is received via an input unit. Supply image data supplied to the display unit is adjusted based on the color adjustment instruction by using a controller.
Abstract:
A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate facing the first substrate, and a display unit comprising a plurality of emission areas formed over a surface of the first substrate facing the second substrate. The display device also includes a plurality of black matrices formed over a surface of the second substrate facing the first substrate, the black matrices at least partially overlapping side portions of the pixels, and a gap controller formed between the first and second substrates and configured to adjust a gap therebetween.
