    Abstract: Disclosed is a liquid crystal display. According to an exemplary embodiment, a liquid crystal display includes: a first substrate; a first electrode disposed on the first substrate; a second substrate facing the first substrate; a second electrode disposed on the second substrate and facing the first electrode; a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a first silicon nitride film formed between the liquid crystal layer and at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein a first region in which the first silicon nitride film is disposed between either of the first electrode and the second electrode and the liquid crystal layer and a second region in which the first silicon nitride film is not disposed between the first electrode and the liquid crystal layer and between the second electrode and the liquid crystal layer are formed, and a first electric field generated between the first and second electrodes in the first region is different from a second electric field generated between the first and second electrodes in the second region.

    Abstract: A lower sheet disposed below a display panel includes a heat radiation layer having a first side and a second side facing the first side. A first film layer is disposed on the first side of the heat radiation layer. A second film layer is disposed on the second side of the heat radiation layer. A first resin layer is disposed between the heat radiation layer and the first film layer.
    A second resin layer is disposed between the heat radiation layer and the second film layer. A sealing layer is disposed on lateral sides of the heat radiation layer. The sealing layer directly contacts an entirety of the lateral sides of the heat radiation layer, and directly contacts at least a portion of lateral sides of the first resin layer and the second resin layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a lower panel through which incident light passes and including a substrate on which a thin film transistor is disposed; a color conversion display panel from which converted light is emitted to display an image and overlapping the lower panel; and a polarization film between the lower panel and the color conversion display panel. The color conversion display panel includes a substrate on which are disposed: a first color conversion layer including first semiconductor nanocrystals which convert the incident light to the converted light; a second color conversion layer including second semiconductor nanocrystals which convert the incident light to the converted light; and a transmission layer through which unconverted incident light passes. The substrate of the lower panel or the color conversion display panel includes a flexible substrate including a polymer.
