摘要: A turbine plant (3), in particular a steam turbine plant, and a method (100) for cooling the turbine plant (3). The turbine plant (3) has a turbine (29) through which a process gas (15) flows in a flow direction (27) during operation. A cooling medium (7) is drawn or blown (120) through the turbine (29) either in or counter to the process gas flow direction (27) respectively, cooling the turbine (29). A fan (6) may be coupled to either a turbine inlet (4) or to a turbine outlet (5). The fan acts on the cooling medium (7, 110) which is drawn into the turbine (29) through the turbine inlet (4) or through the turbine outlet (5) to be blown (120) through the turbine (29) in or counter to the process gas flow direction (27).

摘要: A steam turbine system including a steam turbine which has a turbine housing and at least one turbine shaft accommodated in the turbine housing and sealed by seals, a condenser connected fluidically to the steam turbine, an evacuation unit connected fluidically to the condenser, and a dry air source which is connected fluidically to the steam turbine, wherein the steam turbine system is designed in such a way that the evacuation unit is optionally fluidically connectable to the dry air source. A method for preserving components of a steam turbine system to prevent idle-state corrosion is also provided, which the steps: shutting down a steam turbine of the steam turbine system and sucking dry air into the steam turbine using an evacuation unit which additionally functions during intended operation of the steam turbine to exhaust a resulting amount of gas into a condenser.

摘要: A method is provided for carrying out a sound test for detecting and/or analyzing material faults and/or mounting faults of at least one component, in which the component is excited, by striking, to experience vibrations which generate soundwaves, after which the generated soundwaves are detected and conclusions are drawn about material faults and/or mounting faults on the basis of the detected soundwaves, wherein the striking of the component and the detection of the vibrations are carried out using an endoscope device. In addition, embodiments of the present invention relates to an endoscope device which is configured to carry out the method.

摘要: A method for controlling a cooling process of turbine components of a steam turbine shaft, wherein an air flow mixed with a water mist is used to cool the turbine components during a mist cooling phase (P4) is provided. The mist cooling phase (P4) is preceded by an air cooling phase (P3), during which an air flow is used to cool the turbine components. A constant temporal temperature gradient is specified for the cooling process, wherein the air flow density is adjusted by the valve position of a controllable regulating valve and a switch is made from the air cooling phase (P3) to the mist cooling phase (P4) if the maximum air flow density is reached and in particular if the regulating valve is fully open.
