Abstract: The present invention provides an electronic device for mitigating inter-cell interference in a dynamic TDD environment, the electronic device including: at least one antenna array including antenna elements; and a processor configured to use the antenna array and form a plurality of reception beams having mutually different directions, wherein at least one processor may enable: a first beam pair link to be formed with a first transmission beam emitted from a first base station by using a first reception beam having a first direction; information about a first TDD pattern indicating a TDD sequence set in a serving cell formed by the first base station and information about a second TDD pattern indicating a TDD sequence set in an adjacent cell adjacent to a serving cell formed by a second base station to be acquired; a first portion of the first TDD pattern to be selected on the basis of the information about the first TDD pattern and the information about the second TDD pattern; the detection of whether interference has occurred in the first portion; and a second beam pair link to be formed with one among transmission beams emitted from the second base station by using a second reception beam having a second direction different from the first direction, when the interference is determined to have occurred.

The electronic device may include a first communication processor in primary cellular communication with a primary node and a second communication processor in primary cellular communication with a secondary node, wherein the first communication processor may be configured to control to receive a request signal requesting for measurement of quality of the secondary cellular communication from the primary node, transmit a signal requesting to the second communication processor for measurement of the quality of the secondary cellular communication to the second communication processor at a predetermined interval based on receipt of the request signal, receive a secondary cellular communication quality measurement result from the second communication processor, and adjust the predetermined interval based on the measurement result. Other various embodiments are possible.

Abstract: An electronic device includes at least one wireless communication circuit; a display, a processor, and a memory configured to store first information associated with new radio (NR) cell searching, the memory storing instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to receive a system information block (SIB) including information indicating that evolved terrestrial radio access network (E-UTRAN) new radio-dual connectivity (EN-DC) is possible, from a long-term evolution (LTE) base station by using the at least one wireless communication circuit; select a cell of the LTE base station based at least partly on the SIB, using the at least one wireless communication circuit; display a first indicator associated with availability of LTE on a partial region of the display, in response to selecting the cell of the LTE base station; after selecting the cell of the LTE base station, perform the NR cell searching based at least partly on the first information, using the at least one wireless communication circuit; display a second indicator associated with availability of NR on the partial region of the display, based at least partly on the result of the NR cell searching; and display a third indicator obtained by changing at least part of a color or shading of the second indicator, on the partial region of the display in response to performing data transmission to an NR base station after determining the result of the NR cell searching.
