Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display area including pixels on a substrate, a pad portion on the substrate in a non-display area outside the display area, and including a conductive line, a first dummy line around the conductive line, and a first anti-fuse and a second anti-fuse adjacent to the conductive line and spaced apart from each other in a lengthwise direction of the conductive line, the first anti-fuse and the second anti-fuse each including a first electrode electrically connected to a portion of the conductive line, and a second electrode over the first electrode with a first insulating layer therebetween, and electrically connected to a portion of the first dummy line, and a circuit portion overlapping, and electrically connected to, the pad portion.

Abstract: A display device includes: an array of pixels disposed on a display area; a connection pad disposed on a pad area; a transmission line electrically coupled with the connection pad; and a conductive dummy pattern disposed under the transmission line. A part of the conductive dummy pattern overlaps the transmission line in a plan view. The transmission line transmits a driving signal or a power signal to the array of pixels. The connection pad includes a pad conductive layer electrically coupled with the transmission line, and a passivation layer disposed on the pad conductive layer. The passivation layer covers at least a side surface of the pad conductive layer and defines an opening overlapping the conductive dummy pattern and the transmission line in the plan view.

Abstract: A display device includes a driving element disposed in a display area, an emission element disposed in the display area and electrically connected to the driving element, and a connection pad disposed in a pad area adjacent to the display area and electrically connected to the driving element. The connection pad includes a first pad conductive layer including a metal and a second pad conductive layer including indium tin zinc oxide (ITZO). The indium tin zinc oxide of the second pad conductive layer includes about 20 at % to about 35 at % of indium (In), about 2 at % to about 20 at % of zinc (Zn), about 4 at % to about 6 at % of tin (Sn), and a remainder of oxygen (O).

Abstract: A display apparatus is disclosed that includes a substrate, a display element, a transistor, and a pad. The substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area. The display element is disposed on the display area. The transistor is electrically connected to the display element. The pad is disposed on the peripheral area and having a multilayered structure. The pad includes a pad metal layer, a first pad protective layer disposed on the pad metal layer, and a second pad protective layer interposed between the pad metal layer and the first pad protective layer. The second pad protective layer includes a different material from the first pad protective layer. The transistor includes a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate, a gate electrode disposed on a gate insulating layer that covers the semiconductor layer, and a connection electrode arranged on an interlayer insulating layer covering the gate electrode. The connection electrode has the same multilayered structure as the multilayered structure of the pad, and the connection electrode is connected to the semiconductor layer.
