摘要: A light-emitting device includes: a plurality of first electrodes respectively in a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, and a third sub-pixel; a second electrode facing the plurality of first electrodes; a first emission layer in the first sub-pixel and configured to emit a first color light; a second emission layer in the second sub-pixel and configured to emit a second color light; a first layer that is integrated with the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel, and the third sub-pixel; a first auxiliary layer between the first layer and the first emission layer; and a first intermediate layer between the first auxiliary layer and the first emission layer. The first emission layer includes a first host and a first dopant. The first dopant is configured to emit light having a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of about 35 nm or more.

摘要: An organic light emitting element includes a first electrode, a hole transport region disposed on the first electrode, an emission layer disposed on the hole transport region, an electron transport region disposed on the emission layer and including an electron transport layer, and a second electrode disposed on the electron transport region. The hole transport region may include a first hole transport layer having a first refractive index, a second hole transport layer disposed on the first hole transport layer and having a second refractive index less than the first refractive index, and a third hole transport layer disposed below the first hole transport layer and having a third refractive index less than the first refractive index. A difference between the first refractive index and the second refractive index, and a difference between the first refractive index and the third refractive index may each be about 0.1 to about 1.0.
