摘要: The invention relates to a rotary piston pump for one-time use made of plastic for screwing onto a fastening nozzle on a tubular bag, having two rotors (10), which are coupled to each other via gear wheels (11) and which can be driven in opposition and which are mounted in a pump housing (5), which has suction nozzles (6) and outlet nozzles (7), wherein each rotor (10) has a rotor shaft (12), the rotor shaft ends (15) thereof being mounted in the walls (8, 4) of the pump housing (5), and the gear wheels are integrally molded to the rotor shafts, and wherein each rotor (10) has two rotor wing walls (13) arranged diametrically on the rotor shaft (12) which flare continuously outward and to each of the peripheral ends of which a partially cylindrical rotor wing shoe (14) is molded, wherein the rotor wing shoes (14) contact the cylindrical inside wall regions of the pump housing (5), on one side, and the rotor wing shafts (13) of the adjacent rotor (10) on the other, in a sliding and sealing matter, wherein seals are integrally molded on the rotor, wherein the seals serve to prevent the effects of air admission onto the content located in the tubular bag to as great an extent as possible.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for dispensing viscous or pasty ingredients (12), which are packaged in an aseptic manner, from a tubular bag (1), which is closed prior to the first use, by means of a disposable pump (4) attached to the bag. The disposable pump (4) has an inlet (5) with a cutting element (6), and a nozzle (2) with a flange (3) is welded onto the tubular bag (1). The disposable pump (4) is rotated relative to the nozzle (2), and the tubular bag (1) is thereby cut open. A valve (9) is arranged in the region of the outlet opening of an outlet tube (8) of the pump, and the disposable pump (4) is operated after the initial opening process until a freely selectable volume has exited the closing valve. The disposable pump (4) is then operated in the opposite rotational direction in order to suction ingredients (12) present on or in the region of the valve (9) back into the outlet tube (8). In the process, the valve (9) reaches or remains in the closed valve state. A valve (9) is proposed for carrying out the method. The valve is arranged in the outlet tube (8) and comprises a membrane (93, 191) which is sealingly mounted in a sliding manner or can be inverted. Using the method, the ingredients (12) can be dispensed in a metered manner from a tubular bag (1), in which the ingredients are aseptically packaged, into virtually aseptic containers until the ingredients are practically completely used.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing tubular bags made from plastic film or from composite film having a plastic layer on the bag content side, having a self-cutting plastic closure attached to the tubular bag, consisting of a spout part having a fastening flange, a cutting body, which is movably guided in the spout part, and a screw cover having means for activating the cutting body. The film material (5) is supplied from a supply roll to a bag manufacturing machine and the plastic closure is sealed onto the film material in a spout region of a tubular bag. According to the invention, the film material (5) is thinned on the inside of the bag in a ring-shaped region, which is intended for cutting by the cutting body, by means of a thermal embossing process. The plastic closure is then positioned and sealed onto the film material such that the cutting organ embedded in the spout part can become effective in the thinned, ring-shaped region upon use thereof.

Each rotor (10) has two rotor blade walls (13), which are arranged diametrically opposite on the rotor shaft. One partially cylindrical rotor blade shoe (14) is formed at each of the peripheral ends of the rotor blade walls. The rotor blade shoes (14) lie against the cylindrical inner wall regions of the pump housing (5) in a sliding and sealing manner.
