    Abstract: Techniques are provided which may be implemented using various methods and/or apparatuses in a mobile device to provide cradle insensitive inertial navigation. An example method for determining alignment changes between a first body frame and a second body frame according to the disclosure includes obtaining one or more images from an image capture device associated with the first body frame in response to detecting a change in alignment between the first body frame and the second body frame, determining a compensation information based on an analysis of the one or more images, and determining a position based on one or more inertial sensors and the compensation information.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to carrier aggregation. Selection of an uplink component carrier for carrier aggregation may be flexible in the sense that the frequency band of the uplink component carrier need not be one of the frequency bands allocated for the downlink component carriers. Thus, in some aspects, an uplink component carrier may be decoupled from (e.g., independent of) the downlink carriers. A decision of whether to implement flexible uplink component carrier selection may be based on network traffic (e.g., particular traffic use cases). As one example, the data throughput requirement for downlink traffic may be relatively high, but the component carriers selected for the downlink traffic to provide this throughput might not provide a desired level of service for the uplink traffic. Thus, one or more component carrier bands selected for the uplink traffic may be different from any of the component carrier bands selected for the downlink traffic.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may transmit an interference indication associated with DSS, the interference indication corresponding to a capability of a CRS interference cancellation. The apparatus may also receive CRS assistance information associated with the DSS, the CRS assistance information corresponding to one or more interfering cells. Additionally, the apparatus may determine at least one of a location or a sequence of at least one CRS, the at least one CRS corresponding to at least one of the one or more interfering cells. The apparatus may also mitigate interference from the at least one CRS corresponding to the at least one interfering cell, the interference being mitigated based on at least one of the location or the sequence of the at least one CRS.
