Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a report indicating that a cooperative reception group including the UE and one or more other UEs connected to the UE over an out-of-band link supports one or more downlink transmit beamforming techniques. The UE may determine, based at least in part on the one or more downlink transmit beamforming techniques supported by the cooperative reception group, a downlink transmit precoder associated with relaxed beamforming nulling. The UE may decode a downlink transmission received from the base station based at least in part on the downlink transmit precoder and one or more decoded bits received from the one or more other UEs in the cooperative reception group. Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to neural network based channel state information (CSI) feedback. In some aspects, a device may obtain a CSI instance for a channel, determine a neural network model including a CSI encoder and a CSI decoder, and train the neural network model based at least in part on encoding the CSI instance into encoded CSI, decoding the encoded CSI into decoded CSI, and computing and minimizing a loss function by comparing the CSI instance and the decoded CSI. The device may obtain one or more encoder weights and one or more decoder weights based at least in part on training the neural network model. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium at a transmitting network device or a target network device in a listen-before-talk (LBT) session that employ a spatial LBT procedure is disclosed. The spatial LBT procedure takes into account multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) configuration information in measuring an effective interference. Accordingly, the spatial LBT procedure enables the transmitting network device or the target network device to more accurately measure an interference and make a more accurate decision on whether a channel is clear, and thus improves the system-wide performance. Also, the spatial LBT procedure allows the transmitting network device or the target/receiving network device to adaptively adjust the LBT power detection threshold when the MIMO configuration is not available. This also enables the network devices to more accurately measure interference and make a more accurate decision on whether the channel is clear, especially when advanced MIMO technologies are deployed in 5G or beyond.

Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, a reference signal on a wideband channel. The method further includes estimating, at the UE, the wideband channel based on receiving the reference signal. The method still further includes identifying, at the UE, a bottleneck band of the wideband channel based on a metric associated with the estimated wideband channel. The method also includes transmitting, to the base station, a channel state feedback report based on identifying the bottleneck band, the channel state feedback report indicating channel state information (CSI) associated with the estimated wideband channel. The method further includes receiving, from the base station, a transmission grant based on transmitting the channel feedback report.
